Hey Guys, this sounds a bit ostupid but I thought, that I'm going to do self-harm. It's because of my father, he's says everyday that I'm to ugly to live and I'm fat and other rude things. I had since I am eight panic-attacks and cut myself with pencils or so. I thought also about to kill myself but I'm to scared to do that. I hope you Guys don't hate me for that.
