Rosalina Gilbert is pregnant. After everything she's been through she's now pregnant with Klaus Mikaelson's baby. She's in New Orleans seemingly alone and afraid.

Rosa stared at Klaus, irritated. He looked up at her and smiled. "What can I do for you, Love?" He asked.
Rosa rolled her eyes and sat on the couch. "You could have come with me. I had to go to that stupid pregnancy class thing alone."
"I told you I was busy and we could go tomorrow." Klaus defended himself.
"They didn't have a class tomorrow, they had it today." She said. She realized that Klaus wasn't paying much attention, instead he was kind of zoning out. Thinking of other things. "Your loss. There was this really hot guy there. I think it was the instructors brother or something. He filled in for you. I think he was into me."
Klaus's head snapped up to look at Rosa, "What?"
"Yeah. I say between his legs, practiced a little breathing, you know. The normal stuff."
"Fine, Rosalina, I will attend the next class."
Rosa smiled and let her head fall back on a pillow.

Rosa followed Klaus as he walked into the church. "So, do you have a plan?" Rosa asked him.
Klaus didn't answer. But there was a slight tense in his posture. Rosa knew him well enough to know that he didn't have any other options.
When Rosa and Klaus stepped into the attic, they saw Josh put a gag in Kieran's mouth. "Well, isn't this a little gruesome scene?"
Cami turned to the two, "What are you doing here?"
"I received an urgent call on your behalf. It seems I've been tasked with doing what your coward boyfriend could not. Which, by the looks of things, is dissuading you from whatever madness it is you're about to attempt."
Rosa looked from Cami down to Kieran, an empathetic look on her face. Rosa understood. She would have done anything to save Jenna. To save Jeremy. To save any of her family.
Cami turned back to the doctor, "Are you ready?"
He looked afraid. "Please, I'm begging you, don't force me to do this."
"Fine. I'll do it myself." Cami said and grabbed the ECT handles and stood behind Kieran.
"Cami," Rosa started, "This isn't a good idea. This could kill him."
Rosa looked at Klaus for help, "Camille, your Uncle is a good man. He shouldn't suffer."
"He's been suffering for weeks. He's dying, Klaus. This might be the only chance he's got."
Cami leans down and places the electrodes on the sides of Kieran's head, shocking him. Klaus, Rosa and Josh, watch uncomfortably as he screams.
When Kieran finally wakes up, he says Cami's name before quickly becoming angry again. Rosa sighed. She thought maybe, there was a chance it could've actually worked.
