In the corn

It's been almost two hours. We have been waiting a long time and it's night time. Timmy,charlie,and mom were sleeping. I was dozing of then I herd a noise like a laugh coming from the cornfield."what the Frick was that?" I said."I don't know"dad replied. The sound woke up mom and Timmy but not Charlie.Timmy started shaking Charlie because he is such a hard sleeper and will not wake up.I was cold and sleepy but still curious.I got up and started heading to the cornfield."what are you doing we need to wait for a car to come"dad said."we have been here forever and no one has come and do you really think someone is?" I asked. he closed his eyes and and shock his head no."lets go then" I said to dad. "lets go"dad said to mom,Timmy,and Charlie.they got up and we started to go to the cornfield."i don't like this at all" mom cried "it's ok we know someone's here and maybe they will help us" dad said.i tock the lead. I screamed yelling "HELP WE NEED HELP".but all we heard was the laughing of what sounded like a old man.there was no path or anything just plan corn it's like walking in tall grass. we wondered around forever and it's still dark. As I moved the grass from in front of us, It was like being in a corn maze. "ware are we" Timmy asked sounding scared. "I really don't know" I replied. I moved the corn and when I did man in a scarecrow mask jumped out. his laugher sounded like the laugh we heard earlier.we all ran all different direction. mom and dad went left and Timmy and Charlie went the other way but me I fell down. he started his chainsaw and slammed it were I was but I dodged it. it hit the ground and the hay and the dirt on the ground shot into the air. I got up and started to run but his chainsaw cut my ankle and I fell back down. he waved the chainsaw in the air and laughed. I got back up but limped and went as fast as I could. I heard someone scream in terror."mom" I said. I started running as fast as I could then (bam) I ran into Charlie and Jimmy. we fell down. the man with the chain saw was no match then the guy chasing Charlie and Jimmy he was big and ugly. he had a machete and another one. "RUN" Jimmy yelled.we got up and started pushing the corn out of the way."in that direction "I heard mom scream" I said. The men  followed me and my brothers as we ran. then bam we reached a wide open area with my mom in the hands of a man in front of a gate in the spotlight with no doubt he was going to kill her.
