SEVEN DAYS|CHANLIX

'TIME'

"You two have everything you need?" That's the same question Minho would ask them before they went to the 7 DAY trails every 7 months on a Saturday every year, 7 DAY was this death game where 5 people from every town and city would get picked to play, and who ever won the 7 DAY trails would get to live on without a struggle in they're life, but this day was so scary because it'd be a day where people would celebrate the success of living another year but 1 family would have to live with the sadness of they're child getting chosen.

The age you can stop the 7 DAY trails is when you hit age 20, Changbin knows he can make it without getting chosen, since this was his last year as a 19 year old, in a few months he'd be 20, just like Minho he could make it without getting chosen, people would wonder why Minho was so worried about the 7 DAY trail since he wouldn't get picked anyway, but the only reason he's worried is because of Changbin and Jeongin, they're he's only family and there is no way he'd lose them.

As everyone gathers around the main hall, chatter about who'd be picked are heard all around, people praying and some crying worried. But Minho had the same brave face he'd have on every single time the 7 day parade would be held, it gave Changbin hope.

After waiting for a while the counsel leader steps out onto the stage floor, with her bright smile and blonde hair, she was about 20 but still got plastic. The way people could spend that much money on plastic surgery when people are actually out here dying of hunger and in need of medicare care but don't have enough money. Changbin thought as he looked at the lady.

"attention everybody! Today we celebrate another day and another year of the 7 DAY!" The whole room hall went silent, no one cheering no one booing just plain quiet, with people shivering and hoping they wouldn't get picked.

Changbin squeezes Jeongins hand tightly seeing the fear in his eyes "it's okay, we'll be fine" the little boy calms down a little after that, but Minhos nerves started to show, knowing Changbin's name would be in the bowl 20 times, since this would be his last year of either getting picked or not. As the counsel leader finishes her speech that she has to say every year, the back staff bring out a round transparent bowl with a lot of folded up papers in it.

"How about we find out who will be in the 7 DAYS trail this year.." the counsel leader Kim Jennie places her hand inside the clear bowl pulling out the 5 folded pieces of papers her pale fingers crossed and touched. She process the names and smiles looking into the crowd of people "Lee Felix.."

she announces the first name, and people gasping could be heard, it the Lee Felix the one and only Lee Felix. Lee Felix is from the Lee family..the only family of 10 people that all got through the age 13 to 20 without getting picked..well 9 now that the youngest and only member of the family has gotten picked.

Some where grateful and sorry while some were surprised, of course Changbin didn't know who this kid was and didn't care one bit about the Lee Felix, the only thought going through his mind if Jeongin, he'd do anything to protect him, as everyone makes a path for Lee Felix, his silent steps are heard echoing as he made his way onto the stage standing next toe Jennie.

"How wonderful seeing a new but familiar face" Jennie smiled at Felix but all she got in return was a emotionless look from the boy who didn't, cry or looked panicked, he just excepted his fate unlike some people.

"Ehm..the second..name.."
The hall goes quiet again, "Han jisung" as Jennie looks around to try and find the boy, she notices a rackus from a far, "Leave my son!! He's done nothing!" Han is the son of a baker, of course he's weak and knew nothing, but since he was 19 no one really cared. He's not that well known but he's mother is known for being the kindest heart in the city of 20,033 citizens. "Mother..it's fine" Han assuring his mother he makes his way to stand next to Lee Felix, the boy who was announced first.

"I WILL SUE YOU!!" The mother of Han Jisung, began to scream in tears, no me moved, everyone was scared for themselves and they're families. As Han Jisungs mother got escorted out Kim Jennie continues to read out the names. "Sorry for the misunderstanding but erm.. please welcome.." the crowd goes silent, Changbin squeezes Jeongins hand tighter to the extended it began to fade into a red colour, "Ow" Jeongin squeels out "Yang Jeongin" Jennie announces with that smile she always had on, that's when Changbin freezes, everything around him goes quiet, he's heart filled with panic he looks over at Minho but.l everything's in slow motion.

It's like time isn't real anymore he couldn't believe what he was hearing, Minho had his eyes wide open he couldn't process anything anymore. "Yang Jeongin? Please come to the stage" she repeated ad things went back to normal for Changbin "Minho he can't go! He's too young! Do something!" Changbin feels tears roll down his cheek, but Minho looks him dead in the eye with no emotion he also for once was stuck, all Minho could do was shake his head.

Guards walk towards them grabbing Jeongin with no hesitation "MINNIE BINNIE!!" Then the ruckus started, people yelling and demanding to leave the 13 year old alone. "JEONGIN!!" Minho snapping out of his tranze runs after them, but he gets held back by guards, "LEAVE HIM ALONE!! HE'S A CHILD!!" Minho looks Jennie in the eyes but she only smiles "The rules say children are under 12 sorry Mr." She says blankly then the shocking bomb came out of Minhos mouth, it made the whole hall gasp of surprise and shock "I VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE! I VOLUNTEER AS GUIDANCE!" In the 7 DAYs trail, your not allowed to volunteer but you can go with someone..as a guidance.

"Oo! Our first Guidance volonteer in 7 years!" Jennie claps her hands together, Changbin looks at Minho. There was no way he could lose both of them..they can't! They can't leave him there not alone. The guards bring Minho up onto the stage, Minho cups Jeongin in his arms where Jeongin sobs quietly "It's okay..it's okay.." just then Minho makes eye contact with Han Jisung but only for a split second before Jennie begins to read out the names.

"And for our last contestant! Uh.. I apologize if I get your name wrong but Sea Chanmin? Sorry uh Seo Changbin?" Jennie smiles making dead eye contact with Seo Changbin knowing who he was from the very start, I mean who wouldn't know who he was, the most famous Thief of JYP city, Seo Changbin..known for stealing people's food clothes even jewelry but was never cought, people were happy about him getting chosen. Changbin was a little rested assured that he wasn't going to be alone in that hell hound of a town. He proudly makes his way up onto the stage standing beside Lee Felix as well, "It's nice to meet you..Seo Changbin" Felix whispered over to Changbin with a smirk on his face, Changbin scoffs.

"Thank you for attending the 7 Day parade! Enjoy your years you have alive, and my the odds be in your favor!".
