~ Jeremy's POV ~

I sighed as I walked along the sidewalk, feeling the cold wind brush against me. It was so quiet the only noises I could hear were the soft thumps of my footsteps. I looked into the light, which was given by a street lamp next to the building. I stopped for a second to think. Why was I still here? Why did I stay?

Then I remembered it was all because of Mike.

He was my only friend, really. He helped me through anything and everything. If I quit the job I'd probably never see him again.

I walked towards the establishment, about to open the door when it opened for me, making to fall over a little bit. I looked up to see Mike.

"Sorry, Jere. You okay?" He smiled down at me.

"Y-Yeah, it's fine." I nodded as I entered the building. The smell of pizza and child sweat ((?!?!)) hit me the second I walked in. It was disgusting, especially since their pizza wasn't that great.

"You seem to be in a hurry today," Mike followed behind me.

"I-I guess it's just the f-f-fact that it's night 3.. And I've been told that i-it gets harder.." I stuttered.

Stupid anxiety.. I thought to myself.

"Yeah well, we can't do anything about that." Mike shrugged as I sat down in the office.

"I guess not.." I looked up at the customized clock that they'd put in the office above the left vent. 11:55. Five minutes to spare.

I sighed once more and sat back in the chair.

~ Mikes POV ~

I smiled as Jeremy began to play with his hair. He was so fucking cute.

Okay, maybe I like Jeremy. A lot.

He's so perfect. His hair that's sexy no matter whether it's messy or combed, his face that lets you know what he's feeling, his body that's...

"Mike?" I snapped out of my daze to see Jeremys small hand waving in front of my face.

"Sorry, just zoned out.." I shook my head and pushed his hand out of my face gently. He shrugged as I looked up at the time. It was 12:02. I'd been out of it for longer than I thought.

I picked up the camera and Toy Bonnie had already left. I rolled my eyes. "Bitch ass bunny."

Our first night here, Jeremy scolded me for cursing. But he was used to it now.

He flashed the lights in the hallways and vents, then wound up the music box. I didn't realize I was staring until he looked up at me.

"Sorry," I looked away.

"I-It's okay," He nodded slowly, not looking away.

I bit my lip, trying not to blush or have any dirty thoughts. He was so innocent, it almost hurt to think of him doing anything sexual.

"A-Are you okay Mike? You're a bit, red.." He looked up at me, looking a bit concerned.

Fuck.

"Y-Yeah, I'm fine." I lied.

"You're lying, you never stutter." I looked at him with shock. He'd never been confident enough to not stutter.

"You always stutter, what the hell was that?" I asked.

"What's wrong, Mike? You're hiding something," He completely ignored me.

"It's nothing, Jeremy." I looked away.

He grabbed my face and pulled my head back to where I was facing him again. I felt my face heat up even more.

"Mike I'm worried about you, just tell me what's up," he looked up into my eyes.

"I can't tell you," I grabbed his hands and pulled them off my face, turning away.

He put a hand on my shoulder. "Why not? We're friends Mike and-"

"That's the problem! We're just friends. Nothing more. I love you Jeremy and I know you'll never love me back." I screamed. I immediately felt bad, especially since he was so emotional.

"Jere, I-Im sorry for yelling," I sighed.

"It's okay, I know you meant well," He turned away and went back to work.

Did I just scare him?
