A/N: I am aware that I could be wrong about if Eddie witnessed the homeless people being used as lab rats, do not come after me okay. I am too busy with school to watch the 2018 Venom movie. I do not own Eddie Brock, Venom and anyone else mentioned in this story; I only own Y/N and Ghost.

So enjoy :D

I have been Eddie's roommate for about 3 months. I have noticed he would talk to himself when he is in his room or when he thinks I am sleeping and he gets up during the night. A few times he has said the name 'Venom' or 'V', was that his date? He has asked me for dating advice, he has told me that he wants to get back to dating; in hopes of making Anne jealous. But every time she comes over, she won't give Eddie his key back so that I could use it and not have to knock every single time I want in. She has a bad habit of walking in without knocking, and she has witnessed me on Eddies' lap facing his prickly face. Staring into his cool grey eyes, there was always something that drew me into him. Like, when we are working in the kitchen, just trying to make the food come out faster, something would wrap around my waist pulling me into him with a small thump. Eddie would always apologize for the random act of intimacy.

There was always someone in the back of my mind, just a sweet, soft voice. Whispering in my ear saying 'Ghost thinks somethings off...'. I nod slightly in response as I sit up on my bed. The sun flooded through my blinds, the rays dancing off of my s/c (skin color). I swing my legs over the bed and onto the floor; the floor felt like ice, like a frozen lake. When I first met Eddie, I was a test subject:

-- Start of Flashback --

Ever since I was told about this experiment, like when Drake was still around and asking for volunteers, and kidnapping homeless people; I willingly went and signed up, I didn't have anything going for me at all. Yeah, I sell my art and donate my money to a good cause. I haven't done anything worthy of my time that isn't art. Once I got in there, I was told to strip and go through decantation. Once I went through the long hallway and changed my clothes into what seemed like a prison jumpsuit, not knowing what I had gotten myself into, I reluctantly looked around the lab. I saw a lot of jars full of moving liquids, but the one that caught my attention was this white-cream color. So calming, I grabbed the jar staring at it, I smiled tapping the glass, as if it could understand me. To my surprise it stuck a tendril out, to touch my finger. I smiled wider. "You're a cute one" I whispered, other people, started to flood into the large empty lab. I set the jar back down with a frown. "I'll be back, okay?" I whispered back placing my forehead on the jar softly. I walked away from the shelf the jars were resting on. We were all told to stand in a line, awaiting further instructions.

"Welcome Lab Rats" Drake shouted, even though the furniture was in the lab it echoed loudly through the room and into my ears, leaving them ringing. He didn't say anything else, he just slammed the door, turned on a microphone, and said, "This may be your last day, if you survive, welcome to the team" he smirked. I raised my eyebrow with concern. 'Huh?' I thought. I gulped, 'this doesn't seem good...this isn't what was supposed to happen right?' I began to panic slightly, shoving my hands to my face, only to have them slide off my face and into what I was hoping were my pockets, but sadly, fake pockets. I sighed, as there was an alarm, an emergency alarm. It began to blare through the lab, piercing my eardrums. I swung my hands up to my ears, scrunching my face to drown out the sound. The faint glass shattered. I looked around to see, that the vast about of colored blobs, that were once in an airtight sealed jar, was, smashed open. The lumps began to rush toward us.
I rushed to stand up, just as I caught sight of the white creamy blob I had once held. I rushed over to the blob and snatched it up into my hands, I set it on my shoulder, thinking it would stay where it was. I ran around to find a way out. That's when I saw, a middle-aged man, with 5 o'clock shadow, and greasy grey clothes watching the aftermath of random strangers, killing themselves. 'It is okay, Ghosts' got you' a voice in my head said, in a soft tone. 'Huh?!' I searched the room to see if it was someone fucking with me. No one was fucking with me, the room began to spin as I watched, people, humans being torn apart, killing each other. My throat was dry as I backed up into a corner, my eyes began to swell with tears, and my vision blurred watching the horrific actions before me. That's when the middle-aged man ran towards me in the corner, banging on the door, screaming at me. "Are you okay?! Can you hear me!" he screamed. I turned to face him, sweat building up on my forehead, I placed my hands on the glass, staring at him.
He looked me in the eyes, he smiled slightly. I began to bang on the glass like a madman, screaming for him to let me out. He nodded I think and ran away, to grab what I hoped was something to break the glass with. I turn around to see the vast color blobs sliding towards me, I gulped and back farther into the corner. "This is Ghosts' host!"  The voice screamed, I looked around for the source, but I couldn't find the culprit. "I'm going to die" I whine, turning back to the glass banging harder. I felt weak, hot, and sweating bullets. I wiped the sweat from my brow. "For fuck sake dude!" I screamed, I took a step back steadying my feet to the ground, staring at the glass, 'Not that thick' I said to myself.
I backed up more and broke off into a sprint, leading with my shoulder into the glass. Nothing, but a thud could be heard. I sighed and backed up further, breaking off into any other sprint only to be disappointed. 'Let Ghost help' they said. 'Huh?" I thought. 'Let Ghost break glass', I gulped and nodded. Once I backed up once more to break into another sprint, the colored blobs were at my feet, climbing on my legs. They began to climb up my body, I began to shoo them away as I panicked. Once I got all of them off, at least I think it was all of them. I broke off into a sprint once again, but instead of jamming my shoulder into the thick pane of glass, my body broke through the glass, landing on the floor, I could hear footsteps coming towards me. I stumbled to my feet to see the greasy-haired man in front of me. I smiled at him, wiping the glass off of my body. 'Ghost thinks you like him' the voice whispered in the back of my mind. I stared at the man, I'm sure I had hearts or stars in my eyes while I was staring into his cool blue-grey eyes.
