What are your plans tonight?
Have the house to yourself?
All alone?
Tonight would be good for a movie.
Scary movie could set the tone just right.
You could make popcorn,
Or some of that fruit on the counter.
Under a blanket,
Rewatching your favorite movie.
Fear helps pass the time faster,
And I could keep you company.
Very unfortunate that you didn't check the locks,
Or the creaks above your head.
Ready or not,
I'm coming your way.
The movie covers my footsteps
Even though I doubt you would notice.
Standing behind you.
Can't you sense me?
Aren't you uncomfortable yet?
Really enjoying that movie?
You finally notice me as the screen goes black.
Moving away from me
Only to discover that I'm quicker.
Vacationing parents can't save you.
I slash and stab
Ending your veryboring life.
