"Hah, hah," a dark slicked back dark haired brunette panted as he rushed through the halls.

It was Jim, the butler of the Trevino's, his face was drenched with sweat from presumably running. A moment ago, the littlest young master Declan came back without the eldest Killian which wasn't unusual.

But Killian didn't come even after hours of school ending. In the end, Declan ordered the driver to take him home, but he swiftly left the carriage to look for young master Lian who has always been weak in heart.

Of course, he had asked his young master's homeroom teacher and they had said his young master had fainted. This was not communicated through the communication device strangely. Jim could only dare to think it was because of the interference of the Madam or even her son who didn't quite like Young Master Lian.

In this household, his young master was just an ostracized young child. No power to protect himself. From young Jim had always been looking over Killian. It started when he was 18 while Killian was just a few months old. Which slowly developed into familial feelings towards him despite being relation of that between master and servant.

It came to no surprise anything involving him made him worried.

Jim ran and open the door to the nurse's office looking in awe at his young master who was looking out the window.

His reddish hair resembled that of Lord Trevino but his temperament was like his mother, gentle. It was the contrast between a fiery volcano and a moving river. Then he turned his head at the abrupt intrusion, Darius stared at Jim and they stared at each other.

Jim finally released that breath he was holding in, "Whew, young master are you alright? Do you hurt any where? Shall I take you to a priest to give you a check up?"

Darius smirked, "I'm fine now, I thought you left me."

"Goodness no, believe me. I won't leave without you." Jim reassured, "I'm afraid you'd get lost or scared."

"I'm not a child anymore." Truth be told, he was definitely no child.

"Seventeen is still yet to enter adulthood, you're our house's baby," Jim said confidently.

Darius almost laughed. If they were talking about baby then wouldn't Declan be the baby of the house?? Well, it was no use talking to Jim since he seemed to see Killian in some 'holier than thou' light.

"Well fine! Shall we go home?" Darius asked brushing the topic over.

"Yes, but the carriage has already left minutes ago so it seems we'll have to buy a carriage from the city to transport us back," Jim said.

"Then let's go, we could look around while we're there," Darius said excitedly.

This was a world of magic there was bound to be some very interesting things among the stalls. Like flying beast or beautiful magical gems or even tasty otherworldly foods! That being the best part.

Jim and Darius exit the school grounds and arrived at the bustling marketplace with people making deals left and right, "Come buy this new love potion! One sip and they'll be head over heals for you! Selling for only 10 gold coins, this is a bargain I'm telling you!"

Darius looked over uninterested at the loud seller, but Jim seemed a bit intrigued. "Young Master Lian is there a lady you currently are interested in at school?"

Darius glanced at Jim a bit awkwardly, he was a grown man what would he see in these teenage girls. "Goodness no," Killian imitates Jim. "They're all lovely but I'm not interested in dating anyone currently. I'm too young."

"That's good! Young master! You should wait until you're more older. Do not be blinded by temporary affections of the present," Jim seemed quite enthusiastic and in agreement. "At this age it is easy to get your heart broken."

Darius says, "You seem quite experienced."

"No, not at all, I—" Jim paused, "I'm too busy looking after my young master."

"Really? You should have a life of your own Jim. I want you to be happy cause you're the only one who really cares about me here," Darius spoke. Well, cares about Killian, but he is now 'Killian', isn't he? Although he felt sorry he could only pretend for Jim.

"Whatever makes you happy makes me happy that is what a great servant should think." Jim cuts the conversation off short as he says, "Look there, there are carriages that will drive us to the Trevino residence. I'll go and rent one for you. Please wait here for a second young master."

"Alright, come back soon." Darius stood at the side of the road.

"Of course," Jim smiled at Darius as his back was shown.

Darius waited and seemed to catch sight of what seemed to be a curly silver hair boy who had helped him at the cafeteria by paying for his meal. He had a warm demeanor and appearance. Darius couldn't understand why he seemed so familiar. Worst case scenario it was some capture target he didn't remembered.

The longer he watched the more strange Darius expression became.

The silver haired boy was holding a bunch of trinkets while walking he bumped into people not once, not twice, but 5 times and fell over a total of 3 times.

Every time he bumped into someone he'd give a charming smile and say, "I'm sorry." When he fell down he'd look endearingly at the other person and spout, "I'm sorry, please don't be in my way."

Is he even looking in his way??!

His aura resembled that of other capture targets but he just... gave a little strange vibe. And then he was walking HIS way DARIUS way and considering how he walked past 10 people and managed to bump into 8 made it highly likely he would be part of those who were bumped into.

Darius just let it happen once he bumps into him, he'd suggest to help him to pay back for the lunch meal he gotten for free. He was no ungrateful person.

The closer the silver boy got the more he waited for that impact, but it never came. He opened his eyes and saw that the silver haired boy was looking at him... intensely.

"H-hello?" Darius asked. it was still hard for him to get used to talking on a normal basis with 'strangers' Killian wouldn't know.

The silver haired boy didn't respond, it was as if he was looking through him so he glanced backwards and saw nothing just empty space. Except for some rock on the ground. Don't tell me he was eyeing that rock?

A few moments passed before he blinked again and he gazed down at Killian and gave a smile warmer then a spring breeze in fall. It was a bit intimidating, "Ah! You're that boy from the cafeteria!"

Was he staring at him to try and remember where he met him before. That seemed to be the most likely conclusion!

"Yes, that seems to be a lot of stuff you're carrying. Would you like to have a ride on my carriage? My butler is renting one out right now," Darius replied quickly.

"Why, it'd be my honor. Thank you, and your name is-?" The silver haired boy asked.

"Killian Trevino," Killian replied.

He laughed, "Pleasure meeting your acquaintance, I am Lucifer Clarimbert."
