This one will be interesting as I have never made one of these sorts of stories but I have read many books but there is going to be a big plot twist.

It was the second week of fifth year for harry potter. He had just entered the great hall for breakfast. Everyone had looked at him.
What, he asked. Nobody answered him they just turned away.
When Harry walked over and sat with his so called friends they all started yelling at harry for cheating on ginny and harry tried to explain that him and ginny never dated.
Everyone in gryffindor yelled that he should just leave hogwarts or die.
Harry and the rest of the great hall was silent that was until harry felt a terrible pain shooting through his body.
He tried to make it not show but soon he fell onto the floor in agony and started screaming his lungs out. Everyone watched as a green light came from harrys body.
Soon the pain had past and harry sat up when a goblin appeared and told harry to pick his finger and let 8 drops of blood fall onto a parchment.
After he did so words came up behind harry:
Fake birth certificate
Name: harry James potter
Mum: lily potter *dead*
Dad:James potter *dead*
Godfather: sirius black
Godmother:Minerva mcgonagall
Real birth certificate
Name: Hadrian snape malfoy
Mother: narcissa malfoy
Father: lucius malfoy
Older sibling: draco malfoy older twin
Godmother: Minerva mcgonagall
Godfather: sirius black, regular black
Mates: tom riddle aka voldemort and severus snape
Many compulsions and blocks placed by albus dumbledore.
Money taken from potter vault daily by albus dumbledore, hermione, Granger, ron weasley, molly weasley, ginny weasley.
Love potion keyed towards ginny weasley.
Hate spell placed by albus towards all slytherins
Loyalty spell placed by albus dumbledore towards everyone else.
Illegal blood adoption done by albus dumbledore due to lily and James didn't want to blood adopt Hadrian.
Everyone was shocked except for harry who just stood there like he already knew.
Everyone was quiet until draco got up and ran to Hadrian hugging his little brother and apologising. Hadrian kept saying that he forgives draco.
(Harry is 5'3 and draco is 5'11)
Soon enough the malfoys appeared and there was a family reunion.
Hades met his mates properly and won the war.
Now Hadrian is happily married to his mates and pregnant with twins while his two other kids are playing on the floor.
