As Blondie got dressed for school on Monday, she thought about what others would say about her this time. Maybe that she wasn't really a royal and never would be, or maybe that she's pathetic and does thing just to please everyone around her.

Blondie didn't know, nor did she care. She just wanted to get the day over with already.

Cupid was still sleeping peacefully. Blondie always woke up quite a bit earlier than everyone else at school. Being so keen on gossip and such, she wanted to have the latest scoop at all times. Getting up early helped her to do so.

Blondie tried to be as quiet as possible while walking to the door to her and cupids room, but she tripped over her own two feet, and landed flat on her face. This (obviously) woke Cupid up.

"Blondie? Are you okay?" She asked softly, looking adorable as ever while doing so. Blondie flushed a bright red, not only out of embarrassment, but because Cupid looked so cute. Even after waking up she looked just right to Blondie.

Blondie nodded her head. "Yep, I'm good!" She said as she stood up and dusted her skirt off. She gently picked up her mirrorpad, but froze when she saw the screen. She has shattered it when she fell. "Scratch that.. Things are not just right." She said quietly.

"What's wrong Blonds?" Cupid asked carefully. "I um.. I broke my mirrorpad.." Blondie said as she lightly grazed her fingers over the cracks, being careful as to not get glass in her fingers. Cupid sat up. "Oh no! Go see Farrah, I'm sure she could help with that!" Cupid suggested.

Blondie nodded and headed to go see her good friend, Farrah Goodfairy.

Blondie got to Farrah's dorm and wished that her mirrorpad would be fixed.

Afterwards, she had gotten through all of her classes pretty quickly, but no matter where she turned there would always be people whispering nonsense about her.

Blondie was walking back to her dorm when she heard one of her best friends forever after talking about her. It was none other than Apple White.

"Oh my goodness Briar, did you hear about Blondie? Apparently people think she's a lesbian! I totally wouldn't be surprised, she is super clingy to me all if the time." Apple said as she walked down the corridor. She had said it in an obnoxiously loud whisper. Blondie knew that she wanted her to hear what she was saying.

Blondie's heart shattered. Not because of what the rumor was specifically, but because someone she thought she could trust was now spreading them as well.

Blondie was upset. Wait, no. That was an understatement. She was devastated.

She began to tear up. That's when Apple wake up to her. "Hey Blondie! Is it true? Are you really a lesbian?" She asked, trying to make herself sound innocent.

Blondie gritted her teeth and flipped Apple off. "Fuck you, backstabbing bitch." She mumbled quietly as she stormed off in the direction of her dorm.

She just wanted someone to care about her. REALLY care about her, not just pretend to.

She decided to go back to her dorm for a bit to watch some of her mirrorcast clips and edit them to her liking. When she got there, she found Cupid standing at the balcony, her fluffy wings blowing in the wind, along with her gorgeous pink lockes. Blondie found herself staring a bit too long, as Cupid had noticed her presence.

"Blondie, what's wrong?" Cupid asked caringly as she tuned around. She had noticed that Blonde was upset.

"More.. Rumors." Blondie said quietly, and she tried to hold them in, but instead she silently broke down into tears. Cupid looked at her with sympathy, and wrapped her arms around Blondie. She wrapped her wings around her as well. It made Blondie feel just right.

"Go on love, let it all out. I won't judge." Cupid said carefully as her soft wings grazed Blondie's back ever so carefully.

Blondie sobbed into Cupid's neck as she struggled to explain what happened. "It.. I-it was Apple.. She.. She was saying.. Um.. She was saying bad things.. About me.." Blondie said in between sobs.

Cupid looked mad. "It was Apple!?! Oh hex no." Cupid said angrily. Cupid tried to get up and track down Blondie's backstabbing friend, but Blondie held her back down. "Please.. Don't leave..." Blondie pleaded desperately. Cupid looked down at her. "Okay. I won't." Cupid said, sitting back down with Blondie on her bed, wrapping her silky wings around her once more.

Blondie yawned, and Cupid waited for her to fall asleep before saying: "I love you Blonds.. I just wish I wasn't so afraid to tell you." And kissing her on the forehead, then drifting off to sleep herself.
