Young The Giant's song blares through my room, bouncing off the walls.

Today's the first day of Junior year at Parry High School. 

It's also my birthday..Yay me. (sarcasm)

Hopping from my bed towards my wardrobe was the one walk wanted this morning.

A creamy white off the shoulder shirt was hung up next to a pair of light wash jeans alongside of black Vans.

The dreaded school day ahead of me was giving hallucinations of all the bad that could take place.

Teeth brushed, hair tamed, makeup on. Finally I was ready for the new school year to start.

No matter how many times the school went through my head i could not remember my route that would be easiest to take to reach my classes.

Everything rolling through my head was new boys, are my friends going to be happy to see me, have a changed any, will this day actually be enjoyable?

But first breakfast was number one, I could practically taste the cinnamon toast crunch sitting on the table waiting for someone to dig into the box.

Running down stairs was the only way I'd make it to school now on time if i drove.

The bowl of cereal was already made and I didn't wait anytime to devour the favorite cereal.

Next was to write a note to my parents and take off towards the school, which was about 15 minutes from my house.

Finally i made it to the student parking lot, locked the Silver Ford Focus , and quickly strolled to the school.

The first people that were searched for were my three best friends, Nerra, Allysha, and last but not least Jasmine.

"Dude check it out new meat to scope out!" The first words that came out of Jasmine after I made my way over to our corner.

"Carson you already have someone that you caught their eye! No fair!!" Nerra never failed to point out when anyone looked our way.

Turning my head I did too see someone starring this way.

Blue eyes. Anyone could see the gorgeous baby blue eyes from anywhere.

They were breath taking, no they were life taking, he was breath taking.

"Stop eye rapping each other its getting tiring Car."

"No, I-i was not."

Turning around to defend my self did not help at all.

The twenty five bell ring telling student we had fifteen minutes until first period would start.

Oh no this day should not have started this fast, I'm not ready!

We went to walk and say hello to our teachers from last year to kill time before going to our first periods which none of us had the same :(.

Fifteen minutes later a warning bell rang signaling that five minutes were left to arrive at our first period or we'd be considered late.

It didn't take much to walk to the class that everyone dreads to have first period. Literature.
