I think Mr. E's pronouns may have been he/they S9, because the face plate for Mr. E has dramatic eyeliner, which Lego tends to reserve for female eyes.

Now S16, we are introduced to Mr. F. Again, dramatic eyeliner. I think Mr. F's pronouns are now they/them or she/they because when referred to by he/him, they gave about the crustiest look I have ever seen on a nindroid. And I've seen a fair amount. And to be fair, not being able to speak would not allow them to let anyone know their feelings on the whole situation, and honestly really sucks.
I'm waiting for them to be called the wrong pronoun one more time... then they just pull a Mindroid and slap the offender.
