Before it all...

I wake up in an unfamiliar room with cold iron walls that would send a killer chill down your spine at the touch. There were dim lights hanging from the pure white ceiling; flickering like fireflies during the end of a hot summers day. I was trapped in a box... alone. Having no idea how I got here or when I was put here I sit on my slightly comfortable mattress laying on the cold metal floor. I look to my left and I see a door resembling the one I've seen in Jail when I went to visit my mom. My dad left me when I was 6. I look closer at the door to see that it is locked from the other side. Aside from the low hanging lights the only source of light was out of the barred up window. I could see that it was still night. There is a dead silence that fills the room as a thick fog does to a crowded city. I remember the night before I got home from school late after being in detention for four hours. My grandma yelling at me as I trudge up the stairs to my room. I kick off my shoes and throw my book bag down as loudly as I possibly could. Laying in my bed I fall asleep, not knowing that as I awake I would be stuck in this vacant room... Alone. I walk over to the door. The closer I get, the colder I become. The solid steel door sends cold air radiating right off of it. I yell asking "is there anyone there? Let me out!!!". There was a whole five minutes of silence until I asked again. Still, no response. I look through the food slot in the old door to see if I could see anything. All I see is a blue brick wall. I finally figure out the wall I see is along a hallway that my cell is connected to. I walk my way over back to the hard mattress laying on the ground in the center of my room. I have never been so confused in my entire life. I lay back on the bed and fall back to sleep to see if I could awake from this confusing dream.
