Maya chews on her gun while Cleo listens to Josie rant on about her weekend all things including her little drive with Hope
"Anyway raf actually asked me to watch him at his game tonight"
Stopping herself from typing on her phone Maya's looks at her friend throwing a grin
"Looks like raf really wants to get your attention"
"Yeah that boy is totally into you"
The cheerleader feels her cheeks redden
"Stop...look I mean me and raf have this back and fourth thing but he should be the one to ask me out not me"
Maya rolls her eyes knowing how much of a spoilt princess her best friend is being always never letting her walks down
"Girl it's time for you to be happy in a relationship"
"I have a life I don't need a relationship I'm head cheer and the most popular hottest girl in school"

Cleo sighs before letting the following words slip out her mouth as she talks her stubborn friend
"And about hope I'm pretty sure you have something there like the amount of times you talk about how insufferable she is"
"Not to mention how hot she is" says a daydreaming maya
Josie shoots a look at Maya shutting the girl up
"Hope she is the last person I'd ever........even like that idiot is nothing to me other than my sister's best friend and the next door neighbour "
"But didn't you know her as a kid" a dumbfounded Cleo informs
"Talk about childhood crushes" comments maya
"Shut up!" Josie flinches getting up and walking out ignoring her the two girls remarks
As the brunette leaves they give each other a confused look
"That girl really needs to get laid"

Having her parents over for a couples of days hope welcomes them with opening arms
They've gotten used to New Orleans but being back here in Mystic falls it feels like they never left so at home

Klaus and Hayley hug they're daughter before stepping in taking there familiar surroundings
The family chat over dinner
"I'm glad you guys came"
"Your mother and I thought to come and check up on you......
"Don't worry I haven't burnt down the house" says Hope sarcastically putting her hands up

"I'm sure Lizzie and Josie will keep you in line" said Klaus
Hope doesn't say anything and poked at her food thinking about her recent interaction with Josie
"Why don't you invite them sometime over me and your father bumped into Caroline yesterday at the grocery store and got chatting about old times"
"It's a shame what happened to Stefan she was never the same when he died"
Hope feels the guilt remembering her promise to always be there for that family but then she left it's no wonder josie hates her
