This is Not Wonderland

London, England 1883

After Alicia crossed the mirror from wonderland, years passed, and Alicia grew up and created a family. Alicia had a daughter named Elizabeth. Elizabeth grew up listening to her mother's stories about Wonderland and how wonderful it was to be there, she told her about her adventures and the people she met there. Elizabeth had heard so many stories about Wonderland that her asked her mother to go there, but Alicia always explained to her that she could not take her since it was not in her power to do such a thing since she could no longer go back there. She only found a note that said she would come back later. "Where my mom goes" she thinks, her father had died in the war a few years ago so she was tottaly alone .

While Elizabeth was waiting for her mother, she went to play in the courtyard of the house. While she was playing, she hears something, it was like a whisper that called her. "Elizabeth... Elizabeth...." Elizabeth followed the whisper until she silenced a very large hole where she became unconscious. The next day when she woke up, she noticed that her was no longer at home, everything was different until he recognized from his mother's stories that it was Wonderland, but everything looked different, dark and gloomy. The sky was green, and it smelled like rotten it didn't look like the wonderland that her mother had told her about and that she longed so much to visit.

Elizabeth began to walk exploring what was apparently Wonderland, every time she took a step, she felt that someone was following her, each time she accelerated her steps until she started running but she didn't see where she was going, and ended up colliding with something or better said with someone. In front of Elizabeth was a man who was wearing a hat and had red hair and makeup on his face, for a moment she thought he was the mad hatter, but something was wrong, it looked strange. The man kept looking at her and that scared her to the point of wanting to run away but she couldn't move it, was as if she was paralyzed from head to toe. The man tried to get closer to her and then she reacted and ran away. Behind her she could hear his footsteps so her hide where she could, and he kept running letting out a dark laugh saying, "Where are you Elizabeth". She refrained from screaming so he wouldn't find her.

When footsteps are no longer heard, Elizabeth came out of her hiding place to look for a way out of that place. After a few minutes he arrived at a castle which did not inspire any confidence but even, so her entered it in search of a way out of that dark wonderland and go back to home. While searching she began to hear voices coming from a nearby room, the closer she got the less she recognized the voices. When she arrived in front of the door of the room, she opened it carefully hoping that they would not hear her, which she did, she went inside carefully, when she was sufficiently hidden, she could see the mad hatter and other people who she recognized from her mother's stories as: The white queen, the twins Tweedledum and Tweedle-dee, The white rabbit and the Cheshire cat. She didn't know what they were talking about but for the moment they remained silent and turned to see her, she got scared since they were looking at her with a very dark face, they were getting closer to her, Elizabeth ran away as fast as she could until the Madd hatter, he took her by the hair forcing her to return to the room where they were all before. They were approaching her with weapons and laughing macabre, the last thing Elizabeth heard was "Welcome to Wonderland Elizabeth".
