Chapter 3

After pissing Damon off I got home, cooking myself some food. I decided to go to the grill, see what the fuss was about, hopefully Damon was there so I can piss him off even more.

After I had finished my food and cleaned up it was 7pm and I got in my car, turning the engine on and then driving to the grill.

Getting to the grill I can see it's quite full, must be an event.
I was right as soon as I got in to the grill there was someone singing on a makeshift stage. Good for them, decent songs. Anyways. To the bar I go. Although I am pretending ti be 17 does not mean I can't have a drink. I take my ID out and show the bartender who nodded and gave me a whisky.

Standing by the bar hopefully no one notices me. "Cait?!" Ahh shit someone found me.
I turned around to see it was elena. "Hey, didn't know you were coming here"

"I decided like 10 minutes ago" I said hoping she didn't see my down my whiskey.

"Oh well come join us. We're all here it's a girls night, me Caroline, bonnie and my aunt Jenna" ahh don't really want to join them. But I can't say that, guess I will be then.

I smile at her kindly "I'd love to join you guys" I followed behind her slowly trying to make up and excuse for me not to stay but I just could not think of one. I sit down slowly besides her. Not paying attention to anything really until I notice the lights at the bar had been smashed. Getting up and smelling fire. I then turn around to see and hear people panicking to leave. Stefan had turned up and told Caroline to get elena out of here but my focus was on the one I was protecting which was bonnie. The flames had burst up her leg and I was putting it out with my magic making sure she was Okayy. I then went and picked her up helping her to walk and getting her out to safety. Elena had send me her address and me and bonnie headed there as I put bonnie in the back of my car.

I then carried her to the door and knocked on. Stefan opened the door and let us in. He was watching me intently. Does he think I'm a vampire? Haha that's the most funniest thing ever. Anyways I then set bonnie down and tell everyone who had gathered around us to move out the way. I then hovered my hands over Bonnies leg to heal her. An orange glow had consumed my hands as it normally did and slowly it had healed her leg. I moved away and got up to leave.

"Wait, how did you do that?!" Elena and bonnie said simultaneously. I turned to them gave them a smile.

"I'm half witch, half whitelighter it's how I help people." I said slowly seeing their faces confused. I sat down and explained to them what a whitelighter was and that bonnie was my charge and I had to look after her. "Look now that you know I'm gonna quit school. Pretending to be a teenager is awful. I went through it once and I hated it. Look that's what us white lighters do. We get a cover to help out charges more. Hope you guys can understand that." I hear a jingle and my sister shouting my name. "Look if you want me to fully explain I will but right now I'm being pulled away. Which means your gonna see how I get around places. Don't freak" I then orb out
