Confused and Curious

New Beginnings

It was the first day back from Spring break at Fairview High and I was looking for my boyfriend Corey. He's usually with the basketball team by the front steps debating on who had the best starts from last game, but I didn't see him.  I started to walk towards the steps and took a seat waiting for him. I took out my phone, unlocked it and began scrolling through Instagram when out of nowhere hands cover my face and I immediately grab them out of shock.

"Guess Who?"  Said the person in a deep voice.

A smile grew on my face as I knew it was Corey, he's the only one who surprises me like this. I pull the hands from my eyes and quickly turn around to see its him. I give him the biggest hug and cover him in kisses. I missed him so much during the break. Not seeing your boyfriend  for A week and 3 days is torture. 

"I missed you so much Corey !" I exclaimed.

" I missed you more Crystal" he said while sitting down next to me and pecking my cheek with his soft pink lips.

" Sorry I wasn't at my usual spot , I had mandatory basketball practice" he continued while taking a seat next to me .

" It's okay, I know how important this season is to  you guys and the rest of the Team."

" And that's why your my girl " he said while grinning.

I looked at him grinned Back, then he put his arm around me.

"Baby you'll see , the Fairview Falcons are taking the Chip at the Championships. We'll be in all the newspapers for the first team to to have a winning streak of 18 games in a row" he said while making a motion with his hands.

" I know you will baby, and I'll be right there cheering for you."

We exchanged looks and smiled. Then the bell rang and we both got up from the steps and began walking into the school building. It was first period and we both had english with Ms Harris. She handed out a pop quiz the minute we walked in and told us to get started. Ten  minutes into the test I felt something hit my back. I turn around and spotted A piece of paper on the ground . I look back to see who it was and I see Corey whispering to pick it up. I pick up the paper and quietly unravel it under my desk. As I opened it , I read the message. 

Dinner Tonight @ 8,  Reggie's ? 

I then looked back at Corey and nodded with a smile. I crumbled the paper back up , placed it in my pocket and continued working. 

After first period the rest of the day flew by. It was already dismissal and all I could think about was my date with Corey and the surprise I had for him. We've been together for 2 years now and I feel he's the one. He's been there through ups and downs , every intense argument and every embarrassing family function. I've  thought long and hard and I'm ready to Loose my Virginity to him. I already had everything planned out and going to dinner made it even better. This will be a night I won't forget. I ran down the front steps in a hurry and got into my car. I pulled out my 5s and and sent Corey a quick text.
