My whole world was spinning. It was all like a dream.

Thomasina looked so beautiful when she was sleeping. It sounds creepy but I couldn't help, she made me feel things I've never felt before.

Last night was amazing, it was like... heaven.

"Abigail?" A sleepy voice snapped me out of my thoughts. Her morning voice was so attractive...

"Good morning, my love." I ran my hand through her thick hair. She held my cheek and pulled me in for a sweet kiss, this was unreal.

"How did you sleep, beautiful?" She ran her thumb over my bottom lip and smiled softly.

"Wonderfully." I answered with a peck on her plumb lips. We lay in silence for a while, cuddling under the sheets.

"Do you believe in soulmates, Abigail?" Thomasina asked breaking the silence.

"I do. I believe that... two souls are sometimes created together and in love before they are even born. If that makes sense." I admitted as I caressed her hand, pulling her closer.

"I think that's exactly what we are." She raised herself on her elbow and looked straight into my eyes, her other arm still around my waist.

"The connection I feel when I'm around you is just... I've never felt anything like this." She bit her lip lightly with her eyes still on me.

"You think that... We're meant to be together?" I asked unsure.

"Yes, I do. Because this feeling in my chest, my dear, is love." And I felt the same. Besides, I'm a witch, I could sense these things... I just usually choose to ignore it.

"You love me?"

"Yes. Can you feel this?" She took my hand and held it to her chest. I tried not to think about last night since my hands were there all the time...but I couldn't help the blush on my cheeks.

"It's beating only for you." Her heart was beating really fast, as well as mine own.

"I love you too, Thomasina. And if it's true what you said before... I'm sure I loved you even before we met." I pulled her into my arms and hugged her tightly, pressing my lips on hers.

"We loved with a love that was more than love." I whispered into her ear.

"Who said that?" She asked curiously with a quiet giggle.

"Edgar Allan Poe wrote it in his poem." She just nodded and looked at me once more.

"It's beautiful. Just like you. "

"For the moon never beams, without bringing me dreams
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And the stars never rise, but I feel the bright eyes
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling-my darling-my life and my bride,
In her sepulchre there by the sea-
In her tomb by the sounding sea."

I finished reading and closed the book. I had tears in my eyes and I surely wasn't the only one in the class.

"Miss Blossom? Why did you pick this poem for today?" Little Katharina asked with a voice full of emotions.

"It's beautiful, isn't it?" She nodded and packed her things just like the others. They had their last lesson with Thomasina in the garden.

Bridget was supposed to come by so I waited for her in the living room.

When she arrived I was still thinking about my beloved Thomasina. And of course Bridget noticed I wasn't really listening, so she cleared her throat and called my name.

"You know, Abigail, your thoughts are somewhere else, what are you thinking about? Or should I say, about who?" I opened my mouth in shock but closed it immediately.

"I don't know what you are talking about, Bridget." I laughed nervously.

"Of course you do. I could see your smile and little sparkling hearts in your eyes. You're in love, aren't you?" She took a sip of her tea, with her eyes locked to mine.

"Yes, but that doesn't matter." I tried to change the subject, when an angelic voice filled the room.

"Abigail- Oh. Um, hello. You must be Bridget, right?" Oh no...why now.

"Yes, that's me. Who are you?" Bridget smiled politely and shook Thomasina's hand.

"I'm Thomasina, a friend of Abigail and new teacher here." She looked at me with a sweet smile and I couldn't help but blush lightly.

"Oh, I see."

"I just wanted to inform you, Abigail, that the class just ended. Girls went home for today." I was still blushing and wasn't able to stop. She knew about the effect she had on me.

"Thank you, Thomasina." I nodded and with last smile she left.

"So that's why you are distracted all the time, huh?" Bridget smirked and sat back on the chair.
No no no, she can't find out.

"Whatever you are thinking-"

"-is alright. I have eyes, Abigail, your secret is safe with me. If she makes you happy, I'm happy too." Bridget was an angel, she was the best friend I could ever ask for.
