Chapter 8: The Marking

"Mark me."

Jungkook searches on Taehyung's face to make sure he heard him correctly.

"You don't want to?" Taehyung asked examining Jungkook's face when he was not responding.

"Wha....No Taehyung, ofcourse I want to. You have no idea, how much I have wanted to mark you from the very first moment I found out that you are my mate. But are you sure?" Jungkook asked caressing Taehyung’s cheek.

"I know what you are thinking with everyone telling us to do this, but I am pretty sure I want this Jungkook." Taehyung answered.

Jungkook pulled Taehyung by his neck and smashed his lips on Taehyung's. Jungkook's hands lingered around Taehyung's neck while Taehyung's hands slid down to Jungkook's waist.

Jungkook pulled away slightly only to trace his lips down to Taehyung's jaw then down to his neck.

Taehyung tightened his grip on Jungkook's shirt when Jungkook softly kissed on Taehyung's skin between his neck and shoulder where Jungkook will mark him. Jungkook then pressed his lips harder as he sucked the spot. Taehyung's eyes shut on their own accord as a wave of excitement passes through his entire body.

"Mmmm.." Taehyung couldn't stop the moan escaping from his lips.

Jungkook pulled back and looked up at Taehyung's eyes deeply and Taehyung nodded while breathing heavily.

Jungkook then pulled down Taehyung's collar exposing Taehyung skin down to  his shoulder to get easy access.

Jungkook kissed on Taehyung's collar bone, then he slightly pulled back and extended his fangs. He gently grazed with his fangs on Taehyung's skin from his collar bone up to the spot where he will mark Taehyung and Taehyung whimpered breathing erratically.

Taehyung can also feel Jungkook's hard poking him on his abdomen.

When Jungkook reached the spot to mark, Taehyung bit back a moan and his grips on Jungkook tightened.

But suddenly Taehyung froze feeling Jungkook's tense beneath his grip. He opened his eyes and saw Jungkook's alarmed face.

"What's wrong?" Taehyung asked.
"F*ck!!" Jungkook cursed under his breath. Taehyung eyes widened realising why.
"Vampires! Let's go." Jungkook took Taehyung's hands and walked out of the room only to find vampires swarming into Jin's apartment.

"RUN!!!" Namjoon called out to them.
"There he is, follow them!" An unknown voiced shouted. Taehyung gasped seeing his hyungs trying to fight and stop the vampires.
"GO NOW!!!" Yoongi shouted.

Jungkook led Taehyung to a window and jumped out of it and used a fire escape ladder to go down the building. They saw few vampires starting to climbed down the same ladder. Jungkook and Taehyung jumped down to the ground when they reached the first floor.

The last thing they heard before they ran out to the street was a sound of a gun shot and Jimin screaming.

Both Jungkook and Taehyung stopped for a moment but they saw many vampires approaching them from all directions.

"Let's go!" Jungkook pulled Taehyung and set off running onto the street into the darkness of the night.

"Why was the mate alive? I told you to killed him." Hakkun yelled glaring at his men. He was furious as his plan failed. He almost got what he wanted and it made him more frustrated. And now knowing Jungkook was the White Alpha's mate he couldn't control his temper.

"With the white alpha finding his mate, do you know what that means? He is  the biggest threat to all that I have worked for all my life. Time is running out, we need to kill the White Alpha's mate. Gather the wolves." Hakkun ordered.
