We arrived at Starbucks, I ordered 2 coffees and we sat down at a small table.
"How do you know my friend Jake? I asked,wondering why she helped us today.
"Well he was my neighbour, I live in the apartment next to his.We are good friends!" She said taking a sip of coffee.
I simply nodded. We kept talking about almost everything when i decided I wanted to learn more about her.
"How old are you?"
"I'm 17" She didn't really look interested in talking about her. I didn't know what to say anymore so i went with the first thing that crossed my mind.
"Can I...umm.."
She raised her eyebrows,looking kind of confused.
"Can i have your number?"
She quickly got up and said
"I think I should leave now" And ran outside.
How dumb am I? I thought. I should've never asked for her number, it was way to early;I only knew her since this morning! I wanted to catch her or even go to her house since I knew where she lived, but i didn't want to look like a freak so I decided to wait a couple of days before seeing her again.
