"Okay, let us enumerate the things that are going. You, agreeing to the reunion, agreeing to meet up with some of our college friends and reconciling with other people that we knew back then, what is it now Andie?"
I just laughed it off as she narrowed left to the street that we're going to.
"Andie, wag mo kong tawanan. Of all people Andie, ako lang nagstay sayo!" she exclaimed just as a drama actress that she is.
"Ay wow! Thank you at nagstay ka ha?" With my voice full of sarcasm. She just laugh it off.
As soon as our laugh faded, she asked me once again.
"Andie?" and then I sighed. Ano nga ba'ng meron, Andie?
"You know, the guy has a good reputation." I reasoned out.
"Oh tapos?"
"Eh we need a model, an ambassador for our products."
"Of all the people in the showbiz industry, I mean, your company sure has the money to offer these top paying endorsers, why him?"
"Why not?" I asked back. She turned quiet.
"As I said, the guy has some good reputation, no wonder that a lot of people look up to him. He's got his recognition from a good school up in the states, he's got orphanage that he supports and he has the heart of everyone!" I told her.
She looked confuse, ".. by the means that he has the heart of everyone, does that includes you?"
"What?!"
"What? I'm asking, Andrieta." she look serious as she pull the car for a full stop.
"He's no harm for the company, Trixie!" I, again, reasoned out.
