Upon one wintery evening there was a man , freezing under the cold . He was a poor fellow , didn't own anything but the clothes on his back . His only income was through begging unto the walkers that pass him . He didn't have much to live for , after all he had been through . With the past he had , you think he would have had the honor of one thousand honorable men . You see , this man was a time dealer . He dealt with time as if it was just a game to be simply played . He had one more possession than the clothes on his back actually . He had a watch , a black , golden , and silver watch . It wasn't any regular watch either . It was his watch . It was his measurement of his life . He had , had it for thirteen years . The watch , was a watch indeed literally . It watched his life , it reflected all the thirteen years worth of memories he has had while having it . Now , let's start sharing the 13 years and some of the events that took place .
2001-he checks his watch and sees 3:15 . He was 16 years of age , he found his first love , a beautiful blonde girl , while fishing at a lovely pond , her name was Lisa . Lisa Anne indeed was her name , he went over to her nervously wanting to ask for bait . They begin talking , then he was baited onto her hook . He was baited into her hook , wrapped around her with his thoughts of how beautiful and kind she is .
2003-He and Lisa Anne are now best friends , he has been interested in her for 2 years now . She isn't aware that he is , for he hasn't told her nor has she realized it .
2004- he tells her he loves her....she replies "really"! He says yes , she hugs him super tight , she tells him "I had liked you from the very second you walked to me at that pond , and asked for some bait" . My feelings grew and grew for you , then I realized I love you at the beginning of this year . I have wanted to tell you so long , she said . He replied by kissing her for the first time and says , I've wanted to do that so long . I've wanted to give my first kiss to the person I knew was the one.
2007- They have been together for 3 years now , they are still in fact in love with one another . They can't keep one another out of each other's heads .
2009- Their both , 23 now . They have been together over 5 years . He proposed to her on March 15th , She was over joyed and said of course ! They were to get married , on July 4th 2009 .
2011- they have been happily married 2 years now , Lisa works at a publishing place for writers and such . He works at home , designing and creating computer software . One day on the way home , Lisa gets rear ended and pushed into another car which results in her flying out the windshield which she wasn't wearing a seat belt . She dies shortly after...he cries so terribly after finding out . He is crushed so badly ! He looks at his watch...it says 3:15 .
2012- he's 26 now...Lisa passed a year ago now . He ended up in a nervous breakdown after her death and lost his job as a software creator/designer . He loses his home and everything he has , except the clothes on his back and his watch .
2013- he moves in with his friend Sam , Sam and him have been friends for two years . Sam can no longer support him after a couple months and has to kick "him out" .
2014- he is 29 now...it's been thirteen years since he met Lisa...he looks at his watch . The same watch he has had since he met her . It says 3:15 , he is sitting in a street in a cold wintery night . He is begging for money , that's the only income he ever gets anymore . He feels as if he has nothing to live for . He deserves the honor of 1,000 honorable men...he has made it through losing his only reason to live , Lisa Anne Sellers . He continues on with life keeping the hope and keeping the faith . He prays asking for warmth , from this wintery night . His watch cracks it's so cold...one man walks up to him and says would you like some help ? What's your name ? He replied, Lucas , Lucas Sellers . But you can just call me the time . He asks why do I call you the time? Lucas replies , what time does your watch say ? He replies , "it says 3:16 am" . Lucas replies , " I have checked my watch for 13 years and it was stuck on 3:15 (it was broke) . You see , I had not moved forward with my life up until now . Why up until now the stranger replied ? Because I see that "the time" is right to move on and start living . Living again , finding hope . Finding love in another person . I think it's about time we all moved on with our lives . Every time you see me around these streets , you shall say "the time" . The time continued on , just as I am now . Thanks to him , I can move on with my life .
2015- Lucas sellers died from a heart attack , but as the stranger walks down the street Lucas was on he can see the memorial that is there engraved with "the time" . You see the stranger , carried on the story of Lucas and many people honored Lucas with the memorial . The memorial having the honor of 1,000 men . For the greater good and for what is right is what it said underneath "the time" on the memorial .
