The Beginning of a New Life

(First Person POV)

I would've never imagined myself in this situation. To be honest I question if any of this is real and it's just a dream. I can't believe I'm going to a new school, People always say "it's good to change!" I'm calling bullshit on that. I would rather be stuck in a room with the most annoying person in the world than change anything. I guess, I have absolutely no choice. 

I suppose this is the start of my "New Life" at Kamiyama High School. I'm so excited to be that one student who everyone is just constantly staring at, like hell could you not stare...?

(No one's POV, in a chat with Rui...)

Rui :): Y/N!!!!

Y/N: Now I know you didn't wake me for some idea you got at night.

Rui :): One, Rude. Two, aren't you supposed to be packing up...?

Y/N: Why would I need to pack up...?

Rui :): You really forgot.

Y/N: Forgot what...? Is it someone's birthday?

Rui :): You have to catch a flight over here. Remember...?

Y/N: I do...?

Rui :): Yeah, you do. I suggest you start packing before your mother finds out.

Y/N: Oh yeah, forgot for a second, er- god damn, Thanks for reminding me I gtg...

Rui :): That's my job, I'll see you later.

Y/N: Goodbye...

(Third Person POV)

Y/N put down their phone, after they said goodbye to the mysterious Rui Kamishiro. They started packing up when they heard a knock at their door. "Come in!" they stated as the door opened. "So, you weren't sleeping, let me guess Rui woke you...?" Y/N's mom said. "Really, what gave that away." Y/N said while stopping what they were doing, and their mother left the room.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Y/N walked downstairs and started to get ready for their flight, they were both excited to finally see Rui after what had been 6 years since they had last seen each other. For some reason they felt somehow scared. They were always an introvert, so they always had trouble speaking to people, that wasn't a rule that applied to Rui Kamishiro or her other best friend Nene Kusanagi. Ah yes, the mysterious 3, NK, RK, and Y/L.

Y/N had finally finished packing after what seemed to be 5 hours because while they were packing, they decided to go through their old stuff and take out things they wouldn't need. After they was done, they decided to text Rui, but he didn't answer. "Hm...? That's strange, he usually answers practically right away... I wonder if he's okay..."

They put her phone into her back pocket and grabbed her headphones. They walked downstairs and met up with her parents to finally, go to the airport since their flight was at 4:30p.m. and it was 3:00p.m., they all drove there and got onto their flight which would last the next 17 hours.

(First Person POV)

I finally wake up from a nap to my mother also asleep and I wish I could say anything about my father, but I can't because I haven't seen him so can't say anything about him, but I check the time and see that it's 5:00a.m. meaning I would be home around 9:00a.m., I rub my eyes because of my bright phone screen and decided to text Rui and he finally answered.

 In a chat with Rui...

Rui :): Sorry Y/N, I was hanging out with my friends and my phone died.

Y/N: Nah don't mind it's okay, I'm almost there about 5 hours away :)

Rui :): Oh, I thought you would be sleeping but it's well to know your almost here </3

Y/N: I do have a question though...

Rui :): Oh...? What is it...?

Y/N: During one of your rants of talking I heard you mention this guy name Akito...?

Rui :): Akito...? What about him...?

Y/N: What was his last name again... it seemed familiar at the time but I'm unsure why.

Rui :): I'm pretty sure his last name is Shinonome...

Y/N: Shinonome, I think I've heard it before does he have a sister by chance...?

Rui :): I think let me ask Toya, just give me a second.

Y/N: Toya...? I haven't heard the name Toya before

Y/N: Rui...?

Y/N: Rui Kamishiro...? Are you there...

Rui :): Yeah, sorry I'm waiting for Toya to respond...

Y/N: Who is Toya exactly...?

Rui :): Just one of my friends, you'll meet him whenever you get here :)

Y/N: Oh, has he responded yet...?

Rui :): Toya said that Akito does have an older sister, her name is Ena Shinonome.

Y/N: So that's how the name is familiar, I follow Ena on Instagram, she's a cute girl.

Rui :): Oh, well at least you know what she looks like,

Y/N: Why would I need to know what she looks like...?

Rui :): She attends night classes, so she most likely sleeps during the day

Y/N: Oh well I have to go sorry, see you later Rui :)

Rui :): See you...

(Rui First Person POV)

I lay my phone down on my chest, laying back down onto my bed with a slight blush on my face because they answered me. I can't believe that they're actually coming here and going to Kamiyama, I hope they can get back to Volleyball and start singing again, I miss the old day when we would just dance and sing songs all day long until they had to head home. I wish that we could just do that all over again, RK, NK, and Y/L. I wish I could reverse time, make it to where they didn't have to move, they stayed here and saw how much I have changed, I'm more confidant in myself, I can't believe how much they'll be surprised in how much I've changed, it's like I'm a new person, "The Beginning of a New Life, The Beginning of My New Life..."
