Dear Mommy

Dear Mommy,

Do you still remember me?

The one you utterly shooed away,

with so much disgust and no hint of dismay.

Like a rat you found out on the kitchen,

trying to pillage a spoiled chicken.

You left without a word, a smile

or just a hug for goodbye.

Am I really your daughter?

Please, never hesitate to answer.

I don't hate you, I never will.

Even my dad, if he is real.

Can you visit me instead?

I want to clarify your face in my head.

For the very last time mom,

grant my only wish and come.

I will wait for you desperately,

no matter it would take eternity.

I missed you, ma. So much.
