Ch.1 ( Yuli )

While walking my dog in a park, I doze off, thinking of nothing. I saw small children and their parents walking around, playing cheerfully. Today was the kind of day that nothing really interesting happened, or so I thought. When I thought of those boring things, my dog Athena barked, making me look up at a tree.

"What is it Athena?"

When I looked closer into the blooming flowers on the tree, I saw a boy, trying to rescue a kitten. I gasped. The boy noticed me.

"Hey you right there! I need you to help me!" He yelled at me.

"Y-yes sir!" I said, running over. He handed me the kitten slow and efficient, and I held her, trying my best not to scare the little creature. Afterwards, I heard a thump; the boy now laid on the ground next to the tree.

"Are you okay?" I asked him. He just groaned and didn't answer. Not knowing what to do, I kept the kitten and the dog leash in my hands, running over to help the kid. He looked like he was my age.

"Here."

I grabbed the kid's arm and started dragging him toward where I lived. It was close, so it wasn't that bad.

When I unlocked the door and entered, I put down the kitten and unleashed Athena. I then let the kid rest on the couch, noticing that he now had his eyes open.

"You know how bad my back hurts because of the dragging?" He said to me, one of his eye brow crocked.

"Sorry. I had two pets in my arms too you know." I told him. I gave him a cup of water and he drank it. "Is this your kitten?"

"No," He said. "I just found him or her on the tree."

"And you tried to save him or her because it was unable to get back down?" I asked him.

"Exactly. It's because I'm a nice human being." He said proudly.

"What's your name anyway?" I asked him.

"Jungkook. What's yours?"

"Seo Yu Li. Do you live near here?" I wondered.

"Well, I got kicked out of my house because of... stuff." He told me. "And I can't go back anytime soon."
