Feeling gentle pecks on your face, you opened your eyes to find your mother giving you gentle kisses on the face. "Mom? What time is it?" You asked her, seeing her look at her watch and look back at you with a kind smile. "It's 12:00. I'm not letting you go to school until this sickness of yours goes away."

"I checked your temperature and it said 110?! Can you believe it?" She rambled on, gently setting an ice pack on your forehead. "Holy shit." When you said that, your mother whipped her around to look at you in shock. "Sorry, but I'm just surprised. I don't feel that bad actually." You explained, watching your mother pace back and forth.

"Are you sure? I don't want you to go to school sick." your mother muttered, gently squeezing your cheek. "I'm sure mom, I hope it's ok if I skip school just for today." You answered, taking the ice pack off your head and putting it in your mother's hand. "Well then, I'll be heading to work. If you need anything call me ok hun?" She said sternly, giving you a peck on the cheek and walking towards your room door.

Nodding your head, she gave you a smile and walked out the room. Getting out of your bed and walking to your window, you watch as your mom's car backs out of the driveway and leaves the house. Spotting the mirror in the corner of your room, you quickly made your way to the large object.

Staring at your reflection, you moved your head side to side, checking to see if you have any signs of wounds from yesterday. "There's no scars.." you mumbled to yourself. Turning around you were about to head to the bathroom when you felt a ghostly touch on your shoulder.

Whipping your head around to see who had touched you, all you saw was your reflection staring back at you with wide eyes and an opened mouth. Shaking your head and walking towards the bathroom, you shrugged off the scene as the sickness taking its impact on you.

After a while, you came out of the bathroom after taking a shower and heading to your dresser. Throwing on some sweatpants and (f/c) short-sleeved shirt, you jumped back in your bed. "It's only the second day of the school year and I'm already skipping." You chuckled to yourself.

Seeing a flash of pink beside you, you fell out  of the bed in shock, looking around in a panic to see what it was. "Am I going crazy??" You thought out loud to yourself, standing up and slowly walking towards your door. Hearing something move on the desk beside you, you immediately ran downstairs and went to the phone.

Dialing your mom's number, you waited for her to pick up the phone. Glancing around nervously, you realized the phone was beeping, meaning your mother hadn't gotten your call. Cursing under your breath, you put the telephone back into its place and grabbed a knife from the kitchen drawer.

Holding the butt of the knife towards your lower abdomen and pointing the blade of the knife the opposite direction from you. "SHOW YOURSELF!!" You screamed out, waiting for a chance to attack the intruder. Hands shaking and sweat starting to form on you, you spotted the same pink thing from earlier behind the couch.

Slowly making your way towards the stranger, you felt yourself getting dizzy. Once standing a couple of feet away from the "thing", you pointed your knife at it, trying to intimidate it. Your action unsurprisingly not working, the creature fully showed itself. A dark pink gown was used as its clothes as it had a feminine face with nothing but eyes and pink lips that were made from diamonds with pink skin.

Staring in awe, you almost forgot the reason you approached the human-looking thing. Snapping back to the main reason, you pointed your knife again. "Who are you, and how did you get in my house?" You questioned the poor thing, circling around it.

Your question was met with silence, irritating you. "Can you even talk?" You grumbled, getting aggravated each time your answer was only met with silence. "I'm you" it finally said, causing you to jump and drop the knife. "I'm a manifestation of your life energy." it said. "Ok wait, let's slow down."
