Chapter 4

Operation: Save Dvalin

After a few days from the incident, The team were busy by helping Keaya, Lisa and Amber.

Amber's quest was getting their gilding license. While Winter, Sakura, Aster and Y/n do have their windgilders, the twins didn't but luckily Amber brought theirs.

Winter, Aster and Sakura finished their tests very quickly and gotten their license. Y/n and The twins were about to complete theirs but got interrupted by a knight.

It seems a criminal known as Raptor has stolen an artifact from the cathedral. The knight told them that one of the sisters from the cathedral has placed elemental magic on the artifact so they could track him. But he was too fast for them to catch him.

The knight told them that raptor was last seen in Springvale so off they go. When they arrived, they started to find clues but was interrupted by a loud sound.

They went to check to see a man surrounded by hilichurls. Aster and Y/n defeated the hilichurls while the rest checked the man if he had any injuries. Luckily he didn't.

The man known as Farrah told them where Raptor headed and they all took off. As they were looking for him, a group of treasure Hoarders attacked them.

After defeating them, Amber saw a cave that seems to be a domain. Amber didn't want to let that guy go with the artifact, so all of them went in.

After reaching the end, they saw Raptor. He was on the other side of the trench(?) Winter remembered that she had wings so she summoned them and went over which left Amber, the twins and Paimon speechless including Raptor.

As he knocks out of his shocked trance he noticed the Winter was getting close to him. So he went to the other room which Winter followed him. Amber starts to think on how get to the other side.

Sakura on the other hand already knew what to do. So by leaping off the ledge, a wind current lifted her up and she safely landed. She encouraged everyone to do what she did and they did.

When entering the room, Winter already finished defeating Raptor and his minions. They had a rope around their wrist so they wouldn't get away. Winter notice the rest and waved.

At the end, Y/n and The twins got their license and it was the end of Amber's quest. They bid their goodbye to Amber decided to rest up for the night.

It was the next day and it was Keaya's quest. It was about a " legendary " sword that his grandfather once had. Winter, Sakura, Aster and Y/n didn't believe it because they had played his story quest before.

Meanwhile, Paimon believes it and the twins seems curious. Keaya sent them to find it and try to ask for any leads. The twins thought they would ask the adventure's guild.

While asking around, Paimon couldn't help but tell the members of the adventure's guild on what they're trying to find. Winter shakes her head in disappointment.

After talking to the members, they headed back to Keaya. Telling him they couldn't get any leads. While the conversation goes on, Winter yawned a bit since Sakura made her drink tea instead coffee.
