"Shit" I whisper shout looking at my alarm clock

It read 8:24, it must have not gone off. I jumped out f bed into the bathroom

After I got out I picked and outfit taking my time since I was already late

"Donde esta" I frustratedly shouted to myself trying to find my shirt I wanted to wear

I saw it then chucked it on asleep as a pair of cargo pants

I grabbed my Walkman then ran out the door an sped walked to school

"Kill me" I mumbled to myself standing outside my 1st period about thirty minutes late debating if I should walk in or skip the last ten minutes of class

I was snapped out of my thoughts as the door in front of me flew open and hit me throwing me back almost knocking my ass to the ground

"AH SHIT" I yelled making everyone in the class look at me

I look up to see the last person I wanted to see.
Robin Arellano.

"My bad" he said until he looked at me then walked past me bumping my shoulder

"Roxanne, wanna explain why your late?" Mr.Hanes said

I ignored him and just walked to the back and into my seat and laid my head down

Robin kept appearing in my mind. Oh god I really missed him

Me and robing used to date, we dated for 5 months. They were for sure that best five months of my life. Until, he started getting distant and avoided me. Then he broke up with me, I honestly don't know what happened because we were so happy until he u know. Know he just hates me I thing idk what I did tbh. It made me sad thinking about it, honestly made me wanna cry but I got second hand embarrassment cause I never cry. Crying over a boy would just be pathetic.

I was snapped outta my thought by the bell ringing, I jumped outta my seat and sped walked to out the door then slowed down once I was out of the classroom

I caught up to my friend jazzy

"Heyy jazzy" I said

"Oh hey Roxanne" she loudly said

"Wanna skip in the bathroom with me?" She asked

"Hell yeah" I loudly said back

"Great, vamonos" she said as she grabbed my hand and dragged to the bathroom

We was laughing loudly all they way to the bathroom jokingly yelling at each other causing us to earn weird glances from
people but we couldn't give a shit

"Ok ok so you wanna tell me why you've been so close with Javi" I asked knowing she has the biggest crush on javier

"I don't know what your talking about" she whisper shouted

I smirked to myself seeing her turn beat red

" yeah sure" I laughed back

We heard the bathroom door slowly opening and we both sprinted into a stall both of us on the toilet with our feet against the
stall wall

" shut the fuck up" I whispered to her, both of us trying our best not to burst out laughing

"Hey who's in here" a teacher called out

We both looked at each other and mentally cursed at ourselves

"Who's in here" she said more sternly

We were so close to laughing

"Come out" she told us

We rolled out eyes than slowly walked outta da stall

"What were y'all doing in here" she said clearly knowing we was getting high in the bathroom

"Nothing I was just helping her cause she was crying" jazzy told the teacher

"Yeah, I was just-uh crying yeah" I said

She rolled her eyes and sighed "just get to class" she told us

We grabbed our bags and ran buy her so she wouldn't asked anything else

We made it into the hall and bust out laughing

"Pendeja you got us caught" I said laughing

"YO?" She shouted

"Nah you did" she laughed

There was no way in hell we was going back to class there was only ten minutes left so we went to the janitors closet and sat in there

"So jazzy you never told me about you and javi" I told her

"Roxanne shut up nothings going on" she told me

"Jeez why all defensive" I laughed

We was talking for like two minutes till she asked me something I was really hoping she wouldn't

"Uh hey Roxanne" she asked

"Yeah" I questioned

"What-what happened between you and you know-robin" she asked me, I froze at the mention of him

"To be honest, I really don't know it just happened I guess" I answered. She could tell my mood changed and regretted bringing it up cause she knew how much I loved him.

"I'm sorry" she comforted me

"It's good I just- idk I guess I still like him pero-just sorta hurts you know" I said my voice dying down

She nodded giving me a comforting smile

Then the bell rang causing us to jump

"Shit we gotta go te miro mas tarde ok" I told her

"Yeah ok see ya later" she said
