Y/N Y/LN
"I'm sorry, father. I'm not doing that." I told my father as I continue to sign some papers.
"Why? You eventually have to marry someone, Y/n. You are three hundred years old now, you are obligated to lead our race. We have to continue the tradition and pass down the throne at three hundred years old." My dad argued. I let out a huge sigh before looking up at him.
"I can't marry someone now, father."
"Why not?! You don't have someone in your life right now, so what's stopping you?!" I shook my head at him as his voice got louder.
"It's a human. I took in a human under my guidance, father. She signed a contract with me in exchange for her freedom." He looked at me confused.
"In my coronation night, I will be announcing my marriage with her. On that night as well, I will be turning her into a vampire. I want everyone to witness our becoming." I can tell that my father have calmed down.
"A human? My child, are you sure about that?" I nodded before standing up.
"She promised her body, mind, heart, and soul to show her gratitude as I saved her life and gave her freedom." Father nodded before sitting down at the chair in front my office table.
"About the contract, what does it say?"
"She will only serve for me. Disobedience and unfaithfulness will lead to severe punishment such as starving up to killing, depending on the case. If she backs out from the contract, I will take her soul as payment." I answered. He must have found it fair as he nodded repeatedly.
"Have you told anyone about this?" I shook my head before continuing to sign more paperworks.
"No, father. I was planning on surprising you since you have been bugging me about getting married." Father chuckled before standing up.
"Don't tell anyone about this, even your mother. We don't want anyone to sabotage your coronation night." I looked up at him and nodded.
"Well, I'll get going now." Father kissed my forehead before exiting my office.
I watched him leave before I continued doing my works. I felt another presence coming in making chuckle.
"Hey, baby." I looked up to see Sana holding lunch boxes in her hands.
"Hi, darling. You brought me foods?" She nodded with her cute smile.
"I brought you raw foods since you don't like it cooked, Mister Yang gave me a bottle of blood that you can drink." I smiled at Sana before standing up.
I took the lunch boxes in her hands and placed it at the dining table here at my office. I kissed Sana's forehead before I gestured for her to sit at one of the dining chairs.
"Did Mister Yang made you some food for yourself as well?" I looked at Sana who nodded as she watches my every move.
I went to the corner where my mini bar is, I took two wine glass out and a red wine for Sana. I went back to the mini bar and took out two plates, forks and knives.
I fixed the table and our food for Sana. I cutted her meat for her as well and poured her some wine while I poured mine some blood from the bottle.
"Hmm, looks good." Sana smiled at me as I sat down at the chair beside her.
"Come on, let's eat." We both started eating our food as we enjoy each other's presence.
"Did you see my father on your way here?" I asked the woman beside me who look shocked.
"What? Your father was here?" I nodded and let out a chuckle because of her cute reaction.
"Yes, darling. He knows about the contract and our plan for coronation night." She nodded repeatedly and continued to eat.
"Are you really sure with what you want, though? You don't have to go that far to show your gratitude, I am already fine with you accompanying me for a short time." Sana nodded and smiled at me.
"I am sure, Y/n. I have never been so sure with something before. It just feels right to be with you." I nodded and smiled back at her.
"Boss, the Mafia are —" Lisa stopped on her tracks as she saw me eating with Sana. She immediately bowed at Sana making me smile.
"I'm sorry, boss. I didn't know Mistress is here." I nodded at Lisa before gesturing for her to proceed.
"As I was saying, the mafia are causing disharmony at the west side of our territory. They are trying to start a war between vampires there." Lisa looked at me, waiting for my plan.
"Call Jisoo, you and your team are going to Paris. You and Jennie are going to find out what the mafias are bribing the vampires with, Jisoo and Rosé will find out which group of vampires is it." Lisa bowed at us before leaving my office.
"Mafia? They are real?" Sana asked me.
"Supernaturals are real, darling. There's nothing to be shock if mafias are real."
"Once they are done with their reports, I will be going to Paris to negotiate. I can't let you come with me, at least not until you are a vampire as well."
"Why can't I come with you?" Sana asked with a pout on her lips.
"Other species aren't allowed to intervene with any inside problems of a specific species. You might get hurt if I let you come." I placed my hand at her cheek and gave her a short peck at her lips making her smile.
"Next time, I'll let you come with me on my errands. You need to get used to dealing with vampire problems, anyways." I cleaned up our mess as we are both done eating now.
"The girls contacted me, they want to go out and eat dinner outside." I nodded and smiled at her.
"Girls' night out?" She nodded and smiled back at me.
"Do you want to come?" She asked which I immediately shook my head at.
"No, it's fine. I'll wait for you at home." She smiled widely.
"Did you brought your card? Do you need cash?" Sana giggled lightly.
"I brought the card you gave me, I don't think I'll need cash when I can basically buy everything with the gold card you gave me." I nodded and smiled.
"Okay, I'll ask Mister Yang to drive you to wherever you are going. You can message Mister Yang as well so he can pick you up." Sana nodded repeatedly with a cute smile plastered on her face.
"Be careful, okay? Go home and get ready for your dinner, keep me updated." I gave Sana a peck on her lips before she left my office.
What are you doing to me, Minatozaki? You should be punished for driving me crazy like this.
