"Perfect"

MADDIE POV
I was in the kitchen fixing Mackenzie cereal. "MACKENZIE! GET YOUR *SS HERE NOW!" Father yelled. I knew Mackenzie was gonna get a beating. Mackenzie came down with puffy eyes. Poor Mackenzie.

I was pouring milk in and i heard screaming and beating. I put the milk down and went over to them and i saw our father holding Mackenzie hair. She was crying in pain so i kick his leg and he hit me with glass.

MACK POV
I was laying on my bed crying of how many bruises my father gave me. "MACKENZIE! GET YOUR *SS DOWN HERE!" I heard him yelling. What did i do to deserve this? I thought then i got up heading down stairs. Then Gregg grab my arm and start beating me with a belt. I was crying bad and then he held my hair and my legs felt swore. Maddie came and kick Father. He let me down and hit Maddie with a glass cup. I couldn't move my fragile body to protect Maddie. "STOP PLEASE!" I yelled but all he did was walking to the couch.

I carried Maddie and my legs were shaking from the pain. I drop Maddie as we made it to the room.

I hug Maddie pass out body. "Im sorry Maddie!" I whined hugging Maddie.

Then i got up and got me and Maddie matching dress for the show. She was gonna wear white with black dots dress and i wear black with white dots dress. I lay them on the bed and Maddie shoot her eyes wide open. "What happen?" Maddie said in her worried tone she saw me wearing a dress and i was putting my hair in a low ponytail.

She got ready and i heard knocking. It was the camera mans and mom. "MOM!" Me and Maddie yelled and we rush to Melissa hugging her. "I miss my beautiful girls" she said giving kiss on me and Maddie forehead. We got in positions and the camera man start flim. "Welcome to the Zieglers cooking show!' I yelled looking at the camera. " well we will be cooking cookies!" Maddie wink at the camera. Father place his hand on Mackenzie shoulders and he aggressive hit Mackenzie shoulders over and over again. 'Have fun' said father and i wanna cry but i put on a forced smile. "First get your ingredients and start!" Maddie said and she start on the dough. I then got the chocolate chips and start on them.

~off cameras~

When the camera off we take a break. Maddie wipes her sweat and help me with the chocolate chips. Then father came and slap me. "WHEN YOU ON CAMERA ALWAYS SMILE!" He said and i start crying.

I quickly wipe the tears and the camera start. "Lets take the cookies out!" Maddie said and took the cookies out. "That look delicious!" I yelled looking at the cookies and then i saw father holding a belt and i stop smiling for a minute.

Me and Maddie taste the cookies and i show a thumbs up. "Really good!" Maddie took a bite.

Then we was done and the camera man and mom was gonna leave.

"WAIT!" I grab mom arms and she look behind me. "Could me and Maddie stay with you for a whole week?" I beg and Melissa said yes. I did a yay face. Then mom was out the door and father grab my left arm. He start beating me up and then he throw me on the floor and hold Maddie hair up. He start giving cuts on Maddie legs. "STOP" Maddie yelled in pain. I start sobbing and my whole body felt weak. He drag me and Maddie hair to the basement aka the worst place. "This is when you don't obey me!" He shouts at Maddie and Me. He chained me up first and start cutting through my skin. Maddie had a fright look on her face. He then unchained me and drag Maddie hair. He did the same thing to Maddie. He gave us 5 seconds to run to our room or we will get more. Maddie was carrying me even she was limping all the way to the room. She grab a kit and start bandaging us up. "I don't wanna be here anymore!" I said. "Same..everyone thinks we a perfect family but they don't know what behind the picture" maddie flop on the bed heading to sleep.
