"Hey, it's break." I told Atlas.
"Ah, okay, thanks for telling me!"
Energetic much. I showed him the way to the cafeteria. Suddenly, I made eye contact with Kian, my bully.
"Aww, little Juliette has a boyfriend?" He laughed.
I turned to face Atlas telling him to ignore Kian. As we were walking past Kian, he suddenly pulled my hair.
"Ah-!" I inhaled sharply.
"Did you really think I was going to let you go just like that. Do you not know how I'm like? Juliette, Juliette. You're so weak it's amusing." Kian chuckled.
As I turned my head up to see Atlas, I audibly gasped. He looked extremely different when he's mad. Before I asked Kian to let my hair go, Atlas threw in a punch at Kian. I gasped. No way. Atlas then grabbed my hand and pulled me go the cafeteria.
"Thanks, Atlas, but how did you know where the cafeteria was?" I asked.
"Someone gave me the tour of the school earlier this morning."
Wait, what? I wasn't aware.
"Wait, so you knew where the cafeteria was all along?"
"Well, yeah."
"Then why didn't you tell me?"
"I wanted to spend time with you."
My eyes suddenly widened. What is happening right now? Am I dreaming? Surely this is a dream. He looks absolutely surreal and he's so.. kind to me? I'm definitely dreaming. I was slapping myself and pinching myself. To wake myself up, because I cannot believe this is happening right now.
"Are you alright?" Atlas asked, concerned.
I looked at him, looking like a crazy idiot. He probably thinks I'm weird. After a few seconds, he burst out laughing. Huh? I seriously don't get whats so funny.
"Do you think you're dreaming? What made you think that?" He laughed.
God I feel so embarrassed right now.
"Hahah.. no.. I don't think I'm dreaming. Um anyways let's go order food," I said awkwardly.
I'm glad this isn't a dream. I actually think I've found the right person. Wait, no, not the right person. The right friend. Now I know why they call him a "Sunshine". Because I think I just found my sunshine.
