Y/n's POV

Dylan had gone on a business trip with his mother to new york, so i had been staying at sky's place for a couple weeks. dylan wouldnt be back for another month, so i had nothing to do but spend time with sky.

sky had gone out to the mall with some friends, so i decided to watch the Banter podcasts. if you dont know who the banter boys are they are a podcast than consists of minecraft youtubers/twitch streamers Karl jacobs, GeorgeNotFound, and Sapnap.

the podcast i was watching was "Mark Cuban Hates our Business", it was pretty good. i like listening to their voices, it calms me down when i am stressed. 

i finished the podcast and watched a bit of Sam and Colby to pass time.

sky had gotten home and i decided to go for a walk outside in the rain. i love rain so much more than hot summer days where you and you friends be stupid trying to drown each other in the lake. 

i walked out the door into the rain. it was sputtering very little at the moment, but i knew the rain was gonna get heavier due to the darker clouds in the sky.

about 33 minutes into the walk it started to get worse, which kinda made me happy, and then it started to pour.

i started to walk home because i didnt want to get sick in the rain. i kept walking, with my heeled boots falling fast, but gracefully into the puddles. i quickened my pace, but a little too fast, and rolled my ankle. i fell to the ground clutching my ankle when i heard a man speak.

"need some help m'lady?" (that was the most cringe thing i have wrote today... besides this fanfic) i looked up and my eyes widened.

"what are you doing here? your not supposed to be here for another month?!"

"the business trip ended early due to weather conditions"

"oh" i didnt know what to say, i had missed him so much. god. i wa really falling for this boy.
