Mandy has been really busy heading into the Christmas Season with the WWE but also her new side career of Modelling, Logan can't lie and say he liked it but he only didn't like it because he knows what goes through a mans mind when they see women like her doing stuff like that, he's so happy she's enjoying it though, which is what really matters, Logan's been busy as well, while Mandy's at work, he's been a full time dad, with him changing his mind about working with the WWE, he's got so much more spare time on his hands to spend with the daughter he lost so much time with at the beginning.
Mandy: I think it's someone's bed time.
Mandy looked to her right to see Logan sitting there, his left arm around her as Rose nestled between them, mainly hugging into him but Mandy didn't mind, they've had years to grow the bond they have as mother and daughter, it's nice to see her bonding with her father more and more as the days go by.
Rose: But I'm not tired.
There was something wrong with what she was saying, well, a few things, the first is she never doesn't do what her mommy says, when Mandy says it's time for bed, Rose is normally really good and goes right to bed, the other is the way she said it, it really didn't seem like she wanted to go at all and that was an issue because, especially at her age, sleep is so important when it comes to growing, physically and mentally.
Logan: What's wrong princess? Why don't you want to go to bed?
Logan muted the movie, sure it could be because they are watching Frozen 2 for the 12th time this week but their parental instincts are telling them it's something else, Mandy can't honestly believe how quickly Logan's adjusted to being a father, he's been in their lives for a few weeks but it feels like he's been here forever, Mandy's so happy she has help with Rose now, juggling the WWE, parenting and her own personal life has become so much more easier with him taking a few of the balls from her.
Rose: There's monsters under my bed. They don't let me sleep.
Mandy looked to Logan as he lifted her from her stop and spun her to face him, eventually sitting her on his lap, Mandy can't lie, it sounded kind of creepy but this isn't the first time she's been scared of monsters, Mandy just takes her to bed and reads her a story, she's a little curious to see what Logan will do.
Logan: Well, these monsters haven't met me yet. Let's go see.
Rose felt so happy he believed her and didn't just think they were in her imagination, which of course they are but she was happy to climb down and take Logan's hand, pulling him towards her room, Mandy smiled as she shut off the Tv and cleaned up a little by the time she made her way towards her own room, she took a peak in Rose's and saw Logan kneeling beside her bed, the nearly 5 year old already tucked in ready to go to sleep.
Rose: Can you check one more time.
Logan chuckled and while Mandy watched from the door frame, he dropped to the carpet and looked under the bed, he made sure to look for a little while to make sure she knows he's checked, once he was certain there wasn't any monsters, he popped back up, his chin resting on the edge of the bed.
Logan: Your safe.
Rose smiled to him as she cuddled her bear, Mandy still loves that she named the bear after Logan, if Mandy could have contacted him, if she found the note he left which fell under the bed all those years ago then who knows, they might already be married with another kid, maybe 2, or they could hate each other's guts, who really knows, those are "what if's", Mandy would rather live in the now where she watches as Logan makes sure their little girl is safe from the monsters.
