It happened when he was working his lab and didn't want to quit so you kissed him to help convince him to take a break.
Leonardo:
You guys were training together in the Dojo and you ended up falling due to him knocking you off balance even though he did try to catch you it ended with him falling on top of you and he kissed you in the process.

You were playing games together and you were beating him much to his annoyance and he decided to kiss you to distract you long enough for him to win.
Raphael:
