The user can manipulate ink, meaning they can turn it into an object to use, make the ink float or do stuff, and make something with ink on it float. Kind of like Best Jeanist.
They can only make the ink into a mass they can hold themselves, so they can't make something as heavy as an elephant. They can faint if they hold to much ink.
