Pt.1

As I sit in the car watching the trees pass by, I can't help but wonder where my parents are taking me. Soon enough we pull up in a familiar drive way. Jacob Black's drive way ,my boyfriend. I fill with excitement as I haven't seen Jacob in a few weeks.I practically jump out the car and run up to the door. I am met by a light smile from Jacob's dad ,Billy. "Hi,Y/n. Jacob is in his room" he smiles at me once more. "Thank you" I say before speeding past him to Jacob's room. I knock on the door and a sleepy Jacob answers. His face lights up as he realizes who is standing before him. He instantly picks me up and spins me around. "Hey love, how have you been?" He gives me a light kiss on my cheek. "I've been better...I have been grounded for the last few weeks" I say looking at the floor. He looks at me with a worried look. I look up at him and respond to his facial expression. "I've been having these random anger outbursts and they aren't to happy with them". Jacob's face just grows more concerned as if he knows something I don't. He can see me looking for some kind of answer in his facial expressions but before I can ask he pulls me into his room. He smiles at me. "Well you are here now , let's make the most of it" he says smiling at me.I sit down on his bed. "Let's watch some movies" he offers. I just nod my head and lightly smile. Half way through the movie I start to dose off and eventually fall asleep. I wake up about a half an hour later and remove Jacob's arm from around my waist and head to the bathroom. As I head to the bathroom I can hear voices in the kitchen. I stand behind the wall and listen to what sounds like my parents and a unknown voice. "Look, just give her some time,she'll get better" says the unknown voice. "Sam ,we can't carry on like this,it's only a matter of time before she hurts us or one of her siblings"I hear my dad's voice say. Was they talking about me? My mom's voice pipes in. "It's either you take her in...or she's put out on the street" I feel my eyes fill with tears as she says this. The one named sam let's out a sigh.You see your mother lay a duffle bag and a suitcase down in front of sam. "Here is her clothes, we'll bring the rest by tomorrow" and with that her and your father walk out the door. You feel tears stream down your face as you walk back to Jacob's room. Once you get back to his room you start sobbing uncontrollably. He wakes up abruptly and rushes over to you. "Hey princess, what's going on" he says with concern flooding his face. You look at him. "I just heard my parents talking to someone named Sam in the kitchen" I can see his face getting more concerned. "They told him either he takes me in or I'll be put on the street" I say sobbing into his chest. He hugs me tightly and whispers in my ear. "As long as I'm around ,you will never be on the street" this makes me sob more. "Let's get you some rest we'll talk about this in the morning" he says pulling me back on the bed. We slowly drift off to sleep. The next morning,I'm woke up by the feeling of an absent Jacob. I sit up and rub the sleep from my eyes. I see Jacob walk in and smile at me. "Hey sleepy head, time to get up ...Sam wants to talk to us" I look at him sleepy and swing my feet off the bed. After I pull myself together,I accompany Jacob down to the kitchen where there are nicely stacked pancakes on the table. I take two or three and sit at the table next to Jacob. As I cut into the pancakes a tall ,tan guy walks in and Jacob smiles at him. Billy rolls his chair over to the table and looks at the man. "Y/n this is sam, sam this is y/n" he says shifting his eyes between the two of us. Sam holds his hand out for a handshake. I take his hand and lightly shake it. He looks at me and begins to speak. "So..y/n unfortunately your parents-." He begins but I cut him off. "I know ,they don't want me anymore" I say while looking at my pancakes. He sighs and looks at you. "Well you will be staying with me and the pack for a little while" he says while looking at Jacob. I know about the shapeshifters and I also know that I am one. I slowly look at Jacob for comfort. He looks at you and smiles. I then look back at sam and slowly nod. "Alright then...you guys can get dressed and ready and can meet me over at the cabin" he says while looking at Jacob. Jacob just nods. After we finish eating and getting ready , we hop in the car and start heading to the cabin. As we pull up to the drive way ,I squeeze Jacob's hand and let out a sigh. He turns and looks at me with a raised eyebrow. "What if they don't like me Jake? What if they don't want me either?" I look down at my feet. He smiles at me lightly. "They are gonna love you princess" he says as he gets out the car.
