~Miracle~
Another night no sex, no affection from my husband and honestly I was tired of it. I wanted to be made love to and he hasn't pleased me in months. Once I got to the office I was in my usual grumpy mood as always.

"Good morning!" My assistant said in her preppy voice.

I worked at one of the top law firms in New York and I've been here about 5 months, my boss is Tyler Lepay and boy was he fine but I definitely wasn't crossing those lines.

"Good morning Anne." I faked smiled sitting my stuff down.

"Another night no sex?" She asked in a genuine tone.

"Yesss. It's like I know I'm not a bad wife and I know he might be screwing someone else who ever he works with at that funky as gym." I ranted to Anne, she was my bestie and we shared everything with each other.

My husband is a personal trainer and he is very attractive so I know those women be wanting him. The beginning of our marriage was perfect but we've been married for 5 years now and I'm ready for children but the way he's been acting I'm not sure if I want to have kids now.

"I think you guys might need to have counseling and talk through your problems it's a lot that comes with marriage and I think right now you guys are just at your rough patch." Anne said before our boss called her into his office.

"Ouu your about to get punished." I teased with Anne.

"Ohh hush up!" She squealed hitting me walking out of my office.

Since my day was already starting stressful, I decided to dive head first into the work. By the time lunch rolled around I had already reviewed and noted 5 cases.

My husband had texted me about going to lunch and I agreed, I just hope he isn't going to be an asshole.

I arrived at Ruth Chris and sat at our usual table, I scrolled on my phone while waiting. After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided just to go pick up me some lunch. On the way back to the office, I made a detour to my husband's gym just to see what was so important I had to be stood up.

"Hello Mrs. Samuels, I'm afraid Mr. Samuels is in a meeting." The front desk assistant tried to stop me but I was furious.

I stormed in his training room ready to chew his head off, once I walked in, my husband was shirtless groped up against some white teenage looking bitch.

"What the fuck is going on!?" I said breaking into their session.

"Babe it's not what it looks like, I'm just helping her stretch!" He obliviously said looking like a deer in the headlights.

"Yeah it's not that serious." The white bitch said still on the floor gaped open.

"Right I fucking bet." I stormed out the room with Jalen hot on my feet.

"Miracle calm the fuck down!" He shouted grabbing my arm once I reached the car.

"Get off me you fucking asshole, you have me waiting 30 minutes for your stinking ass just to be groped up with some white whore. Fuck You, I'm going to work!" I shouted back in his face snatching away from him.

Once I got in the car he stood infront if the car so I couldn't pull off but I reversed onto the curb and drove through the grass missing his ass by a inch. I was hoping to hit that fucking bastard.

I was still furious when I got to the office and my boss could tell.

"Hey Mrs. Samuels, you doing okay?" He asked in his sexy Barton voice.

"I'll be fine sir." I said forcing a smile to hold back the tears.

He pulled me into his office and handed me a tissue.

"Every lawyer goes through things, granted it might not have nothing to do with your job but you also have a personal life that affects your work life. You have to learn how to work with your feelings approach different obstacles with different feelings and emotions." His words were like poetry to me, I've never had anybody really analyze my feelings.

"I appreciate that." I grabbed the tissue and dabbed it under my eyes.

"Have you had lunch yet?" He asked walking from behind his desk.

Was this man about to ask me to lunch!??

"Um actually I'm just coming back in from lunch but I didn't get to eat." I said kind of embarrassed I wasted my whole lunch on my husband foolishness.

"Well let me take you to my favorite restaurant?" He asked politely flashing his pearly white smile.

"S-Sure." I mentally punched myself in the face for stuttering in front of him.

We took the elevator to the parking garage, his car was a nice midnight black Cadillac Truck. He opened the door for me then jogged to his side.

The car ride was smooth and we made small talk the whole way, I loved the way he smiled and laughed.

Once we made it to the restaurant, the valet took the car and we was quickly seated.

"I see you got connects." I laughed because I've never been seated without a wait.

"I wouldn't say that love, I'm just a well respected man." He chuckled fixing his tie on his suit.

"So tell me a little about yourself." I said before I knew what I was saying.

"What's this? A date?" He laughed.

"O-oh no it's not like that!" I said embarrassingly.

"Chill Ma, you good. This can be whatever you want it to be." He laughed flashing his sexy smile.

"But um My full name is Tyler Darnell Lepley, I'm 25 years old, born April 23rd and my favorite color is black. I own my own lawfirm which you already know but it was passed down to me through the family. I'm single and I don't have any kids, I can cook but I eat out a lot. Oh and also I love my momma a lot." He said giving me full details but holding back enough for me to still wonder.

The waiter came before I could respond, we ordered our food then got back to the conversation.

"So tell me about you." He said taking a sip of his water.

"Well my name is Miracle Chanel Samuels and I'm 24, born August 20th and my favorite color is black as well. I'm the first lawyer in my family, most of my family are doctors and nurses but I'm squeamish so that's wasn't going to work for me. I'm married with no kids, I also can cook but I just don't. Me and my mother don't have the best relationship but I'm close with my father." I said trying to rush past the married part.

"If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been married?" He asked sounding really interested.

"5 years." I said.

"Do you guys not want children?" He asked after the waiter brought the food.

"I want kids but I'm not sure he does." I said before I started digging in my food.

He just shook his head in understanding before he started eating, I'm glad he dropped the subject.

The rest of lunch was nice, the rest of the day went by rather fast but I dreading going home.

Once I got home, Jalen wasn't there and I was glad. I made me a bubble bath and a glass of wine and soaked in my bathtub. All I could think about was Tyler and how he paid attention to me, I haven't had that in a really long time.
