Lost Gem

A discovery

Taehyung and Jisoo were just sitting awkwardly,not knowing what to talk about.

"Jimin and Rosè look good together"said Taehyung sheepishly.Jisoo nodded.
"Lisa likes Jungkook"Jisoo told him.

Taehyung looked happy.
"Jungkook also likes Lisa"he exclaimed.
"Well that's another cute couple"said Jisoo, eating her tteobaki.

"What about us?"asked Taehyung.
"We are also cute"said Jisoo, awkwardly.

They were in silence for the next 5 minutes.
"This place is very special to me"said Taehyung quietly, breaking the silence.

"Why?"asked Jisoo eagerly.
"It reminds me of my mother"said Taehyung quietly.
"Why?Did you mother-OH"said Jisoo, realising what Taehyung meant.

"I am sorry"said Jisoo,embarrassed

"It's OK"said Taehyung,as he finished his tteobaki.
"So How does it remind you of your mother?"asked Jisoo cautiously.
"My mother used to take me here every Sunday and we ate tteobaki together as well"said Taehyung,his eyes started became watery.

Jisoo was now feeling very uncomfortable seeing Taehyung cry.

"And after we did finished eating tteobaki while discussing how our week went,I would place my head on her lap and she did tell me some stories"said Taehyung,tears now dropping from his eyes.

Jisoo folded her legs in a way that Taehyung could place his head there.
Then,she placed Taehyung's head on her lap.

"Shall I tell you some stories?"asked Jisoo.
Taehyung was shocked but pleased.He nodded.

Jisoo started telling him stories about her magical kingdoms.

"And this one day,I heard 3 screams,One from Rosè's room and 2 from Jennie's"said Jisoo.

"3 screams at once!?You must be pretty scared"said Taehyung.
"Oh yeah I was,I decided to go to Jennie's room first because I heard 2 screams there"said Jisoo.

"What happened in Jennie's room?"asked Taehyung.

"Lisa had woken Jennie up by splashing water on her and Jennie had screamed and slapped her.Then Lisa screamed and started crying"said Jisoo, giggling.
Taehyung also laughed.

"And Rosè's pet chipmunk had died that's why she screamed"said Jisoo.

After half an hour,Jisoo was out of stories to tell Taehyung and once more,they were in awkward silence.

Taehyung sat up.
"I have a memory of my mom here"said Taehyung.

"I know Tae,She used to take you here every Sunday and you ate tteo-"began Jisoo but Taehyung cut her off.

"No Not that Jisoo, before my mother died in a horrible car accident"said Taehyung, taking a deep breath.Jisoo looked at him to see if he was crying but to her suprise,he wasn't.

"She had given me a special gem which reminds me of her"said Taehyung, looking longingly at the sea ahead of the sand.

"Where is this gem?"asked Jisoo, curiously.
"I have hidden it here somewhere,wait"said Taehyung, getting up.

Jisoo also got up and began searching for the gem.

Finally, Taehyung found the gem.
"Here"said Taehyung and gave it to Jisoo for her to look.

But as soon as Jisoo saw the gem,her eyes widened.
"This is your mother's gem!?!"gasped Jisoo
