CHP 8

Ani's pov:

I don't know how I overslept today and got quickly before leaving for court.

As I entered the cabin I found bondita...I mean Miss bondita arranging the books. This was something new as no one ever dared to touch my things.

I slowly went towards her and stood exactly behind her.

"What are you doing?"

She turned around in a jerk while our nose got rubbed with each other. I looked into her eyes and unknowingly got lost in it.

These eyes are the same just like my bondita had, each and every part of her was screaming that she is my bondita but still my mind wasn't ready to accept it. 

I looked at her and found her lost in her thoughts, she was so lost that she didn't even heard me calling her and when she finally looked at me, she lost her consciousness.

I picked her up in bridal style and layed her in the couch.

I tried to wake her up but she wasn't responding. My heart was again filling up with fear...fear to lose someone close to my heart but why?

After a lot of efforts she finally opened her eyes which gave me some relief.

She slowly got up while holding her head and I couldn't control my emotions and hugged her tightly.

I don't know what happened to me that moment. I completely forgotten about everything and I know that she was shocked by my sudden action as she pushed me.

I came to my senses and apologized to her.

Ani's pov end:

Bon's pov:

When I opened my eyes I found him near me, his eyes were almost teary and I could see fear in his eyes as if I am someone special to him whom he is afraid to lose.

But the thing shocked me more was when he suddenly hugged me and I got frozen.

This embrace... it seems so familiar and so peaceful to me as if I spent half of my life in this embrace but I am still confused about why I am feeling so safe in an unknown persons arms with whom she met just 24 hours ago?

Soon I my chains of thoughts were broken and I pushed him away from me.

Maybe he too understood about what he did just now as he apologized to me.

It was really embarassing and strange situation, we both didn't knew about what should we talk.

After few minutes of silence he finally said something

"Are you ok? I mean you just fainted like that, is everything alright? Do you need rest?" He asked me concernly

I was internally smiling when he asked me about my health.

"I am alright, it's just that I got hurt in my head few years ago" I replied

I don't know why I told him this but I felt like he has the right to know everything about me but the next moment what he said made my smile disappear in the thin air.

"If you are sick then you should have stayed in home only, what was the need of becoming a barrister when you can't even do any work related to it and get unconscious every moment"

I clutched my fist in anger

What is he? A few moments ago he was concern about her... He even hugged her and now he is behaving like he don't even care about anything or anyone.

How can someone be like him?

"Becoming a barrister is my dream and it has nothing to do with my illness. Only I and my family members know how much I had to struggle to become a barrister"

I gave him a proper reply but there wasn't any change of expression on his face.

Is he an emotionless robot?

I gasped loudly as he suddenly fisted my hair from behind not so harshly and pulled me close to his face.

"I know a girl who struggled more than you, she had no one beside her not even her family but still she fought with the so called society and studied hard to become a barrister.

I saw her struggling... I saw her everyday making her dream true.... bit by bit. For me she was the most capable barrister in my eyes"

He replied coldly

I don't know why I felt a ting of jealousness running through my body as he took side of that unknown girl.

"If she was the most capable barrister for you then why did you make your assistant?" I asked him glaring

"Because after her it's you who is completing my dream of empowering all the women's and giving them the rights they deserves moreover the girl is no more in world to support me in my dream"

He replied and left me

I saw his eyes again getting teary as he mentioned about the girl's death. I too felt too bad for him and her too

"I am sorry I didn't knew... But who was the girl?" I couldn't help but ask him

I don't know why but I was getting more interested in him a lot.

"She is my only love... My world... My reason if living... My wife"

Wife?

H...he is married

Instead of getting disappointed after knowing he is married, I was feeling a strange feeling when he mentioned about his wife.

"Forget about all these and about my wife also, don't you dare to mention about her to anyone otherwise there won't be anyone worst then me" he warned me while I gulped and nodded

Why he wanted to hide about his wife?

Soon we left for the investigation and all the time I was following him and helping him out in the case. He really can handle every situation perfectly like who will believe that this man was having a moodswings few hours ago.

We completed half investigation and the other half will be done after few days but for that we have to disguise ourselves.
