English dragged on that day, the clock was a block of ice, it's frozen hands never moved at least not when she stared at them but still the monotonous ticking echoed around the room. Until the chime of bells broke it just for a second phew. Elsabeth fumbled around in her bag placing her books carefully one by one and tugged at her necklace, making sure it was always there, though she knew it always would be. Dazed in her old thoughts she tripped on her over-sided, second-hand jeans fell to the ground. She staggered up and laughed at her clumsiness then continued. "Hey" a voice called. "Hey wait up, El". Elsabeth spun round, "forgetting something are we?". A sparkle caught her eye, she stroked her neck to feel only her own skin. Suddenly, Nathan began to glow, sparks flew off his arms and his eyes began to quiver...
