Ten years it had been. Ten years of war, death and pain. The king had turned the world into hell all in ten years. Most countries had been in partnership, which made it easy to manipulate the Kings or queens of the world to join forces. He had the power of the world in his hands and he will not stop until the world was free of the pesticide of magic.

As for the men and woman who hold the magic, they were either captured, killed  or hid.

The young boy was now all grown up, but the weight of causing this havoc made him flee the camps and become a coward. He didn't leave empty handed; growing up there he met a young girl named Anna Shifs. she had long silky blond hair, 22 years old. And her height was 5'5 making her five inches smaller than the young boy. Growing up she had fell for him, until her 22nd birthday, when she was told of his great mistake. Ever since then her mind turned dark of hatred for man, Jack.

The two had been moving from safe houses to safe houses. And now they were at an unknown location. The pair normal stay there for a month before not risking the Kings guardsmen on their back and leaving. The young sweet innocent woman, Anna had left a month go. Her excuse of needing time alone, but she had told him there was forgiveness.

One knock on the door, jack, took another swig of his beer and leaned his head against the mouldy wall. One leg was propped up to the chest and the other laid straight on the ground.

Another knock. He stared at his black converse shoes, keeping in his own world. His black jeans going grey as they gathered the dust from the ground.

Knock. This time jack jumped up quick. He didn't like violence so he had given himself training on tranquilliser guns. He it took out of his jeaned ocean blue jacket pocket ready to fire and run.

"Hunny I'm home" a woman called in stern voice. A gush of wind slamming the door wide open.

"Stay back!" He called in a calm and collective voice.

"Or what" she pushed her hand infront, causing the air to build around jack and slam him into the wall.

Groaning, he slammed into the the murky unstable wall with aloud thud, the noise echoed as it shook the house. His eyes turned wide as a group followed behind the old woman.  Her brown eyes followed jack as her golden coat trailed along the floor

"Don't act surprise. A lot of bountys have been placed onto you. Although I don't think you could come to terms with your father forming an alliance with me."

Her dark purple lipS stretched up into a smile and Jack sent a deathly glare to the woman.

"After everything that's happened. After what they did to our kind."

The woman crackled with laughter, cutting jack off. "You think I care about the war? No. It was going to happen sooner ot later. But let's just say I was aiming for our team to win"

Jack grunted, rolling his eyes in annoyance. He had heard about the dark side of magic and knew that they were power hungry. "So you going to kill me or you just going to bore me to death."

"I'm not going to kill you. You are as stupid as they say. I and the king have plans for you."

BANG!!

The room filled up with a white smog, nothing could be seen. The menacing group started to loose their senses. Jack dropped to the hard cold floor as his vision started to blur. The only thing he could see was a black figure appear infront of him slowly.

"Anna" he muttered
