So the dust storm is basically just a film that's coming out later this year starring Colin as the lead role Brennan.
So here's whats written on the IMDb website...
On a business trip to Nashville, Brennan finds himself reunited with the "Girl" who had previously broken his heart. Now, for one weekend in the city's music scene, a past and present romance will be reborn and challenged. In other words a romantic film. Well, usually I'd say there is no way I am gonna watch a romantic film but this one actually sounds good ( and I'm not just saying that because Colin O'Donoghue is in it...)
One other thing about the film that's probably gonna upset you. It's not like a big movie that's going to be in cinemas, on TV adverts and will hopefully be on Netflix. It was shot over 13 days in Nashville and required fundraising to film and I don't want to be rude, but don't get your hopes high of it being the latest blockbuster because it's not going to be that well known considering loads of hookers haven't even heard about it.
I'm just gonna show something about the Dust Storm which I found on the c-odonogue website archives
anyway here's the link http://c-odonoghue.com/category/dust-storm/
and here's the text
He also recently finished an independent project as an executive producer for a movie titled, "The Dust Storm," and is currently writing his own comedy series.
Mickelson said his biggest accomplishment is being executive producer of "The Dust Storm," a film written by his friend Ryan Lacen, whom Mickelson met while working on previous films.
After fundraising enough money to kick-start the project, Mickelson and directors Anthony Baldino and Lacen shot the movie over 13 days in Nashville. The movie stars Colin O'Donoghue from "Once Upon a Time," Jim O'Heir from "Parks and Recreation" and Chris Carmack from "Nashville," and follows a former couple that meets again in Nashville after three years of being apart.
"We're going to try to start pushing it out at film festivals in the next couple of weeks, and see if it gets some bites," Mickelson said, noting he hopes Netflix and Hulu also pick up the film.
"My goal is to push the projects on my own and not work for a boss," he said. "The idea is 'The Dust Storm' would be the launching pad to do those things."Please like thanks!
