"Hyunsuk hyung! Are you going on your trip this weekend," A young boy ran in fixing his name tag as he rushed in for his shift.

Hyunsuk chuckled pulling the male in by the shoulder and ruffling his hair, "Yes! Thanks for covering my shifts baby junghwanie!"

Junghwan just whined pushing the older away, "Hyung, you are messing up my hair!"

The shorter just chuckled, "seriously, I mean it. It means a lot."

Junghwan laughed, "It's okay, I'm trying to save up for a new game and a new workbook."

"Study first and play later, Junghwan-ah," Hyunsuk said.

"Hyunsuk-ah, isn't your shift over," Yoshi poked his head in through the front door holding his skateboard.

"H-hi Yoshi hyung," Junghwan chirped seeing the boy.

Yoshi smiled softly, "Junghwan, hi."

Hyunsuk smiled at the two, chuckling a bit before going to the backroom to change his shirt. He stuffed his uniform shirt back in his bag. Hyunsuk was a college student, who worked in a sneaker shop with his younger coworkers Junghwan, Haruto, and Jeongwoo. One of them was a high school senior and the other two were college freshmen. 

Hyunsuk adjusted his beanie before making his way to the front door and meeting Yoshi outside, who was also with Mashiho and Jihoon.

"Hyunsuk!"

"Hey what's good!"

Dabbing up his boys, "excited for tomorrow?"

Hyunsuk nodded, "yeah, who is all going."

"I'm going to be there for sure," Jihoon said.

"Jihoon, my man," Hyunsuk laughed high-fiving the other.

Jihoon chuckled, "Jaehyuk and Asahi said they would go."

"Junkyu and I are coming," Mashiho nodded.

"I have an exam Saturday morning, I have no idea why it's on a Saturday," Yoshi complained.

"Is Yedam coming," Jihoon asked.

Mashiho shook his head, "Yedam and Doyoung are both on a council trip."

Hyunsuk rolled his eyes, "ew smart people."

Jihoon chuckled, "I love going on trips with you guys, though all of us won't be there."

Hyunsuk stuck his hands in his pockets, "so we going to my place or what?"

Mashiho's phone beeped and he let out a groan, "Junkyu hasn't even packed yet and wants me to go help him."

"By helping him, he means he's going to take a nap and leave you to do all the work," Yoshi chuckled.

Mashiho laughed, "yeah probably but watching him organize stresses me out."

Jihoon shrugged, "understandable."

Hyunsuk turned to the other, "Yoshi?"

Yoshi shrugged, "honestly I should study, if I bomb this test it puts my scholarship at risk."

Hyunsuk looked at Jihoon, "you already know I'm coming with you so don't ask."

Hyunsuk laughed as Jihoon said that without even looking at him, "alright let's go then."

The four of them ended up dispersing, leaving Hyunsuk and Jihoon with each other. As soon as they started to walk random things and laughs came out of their mouths.

"Jihoon what the heck, I can't believe you said that to her," Hyunsuk laughed shaking his head.

Jihoon laughed hitting Hyunsuk's shoulder, "honestly at this rate I'm going to be single for the rest of my life."

Hyunsuk looked at him with a smile his hand clutching the strap of his bag, "Jihoon don't say that maybe it's just not the time and not the right person you know?"

Jihoon shrugged, "yeah maybe you are right, women are overrated anyway."

Hyunsuk shoved the male's shoulder, "you can't say that, god gave us women so we should treat them with respect. Plus if she's not into you either she's missing out or she's lesbian. There is no in-between."

Jihoon chuckled and nodded, "you are right, women help reproduce we shouldn't disrespect them."

"Why are we talking about this again?"

"Cause I said something stupid and got rejected."

Hyunsuk nodded, "there is more to this world than finding love Jihoon, you are in your last year. I'm on my fifth, I still have one more and need to build my portfolio."

"Yeah, yeah, that's why we are taking this trip. We need to ease ourselves from the stress," Jihoon said.

Hyunsuk looked over Jihoons face in a quick glance, looking back up at his apartment building. The two went up to his room which had a dim purple ambiance, chill just how he liked it.

Jihoon took off his shoes and threw his bag on the floor rushing to jump on the couch. Jihoon let out a sigh, Hyunsuk following swiftly ordering food.

"Were you going to crash here and get your stuff tomorrow?"

Jihoon shook his head, "no I'll be leaving later tonight, I have to pack all my last-minute things in the morning."

"I just ordered food, start up the PS5," Hyunsuk said changing into comfier clothes while Jihoon moved around the apartment.

"What did you want to play?"

Hyunsuk threw his clothes in a hamper, pulling on sweats and a worn-out T-shirt, "just put on a movie, I just want to chill."

"Iron Man?"

"You already know it's one of my favorites."

Jihoon smiled at that reply mumbling, "that's why I mentioned it."

Ring!

Hyunsuk chuckled, "the food is here."

Hyunsuk opened the door and took the food from the delivery guy, thanking him. He brought the food to the table placing the boxes down as well as a liter of coke.

"Chicken," Jihoon smiled helping the older to open the spread out on the table.

"I'm feeling chicken today," Hyunsuk shrugged.

Jihoon just grabbed a drumstick and dove in as Ironman played. The two stayed up eating, enjoying the movie, and their time together. When the movie ended and the food was gone is when Jihoon decided to leave. Hyunsuk got ready for bed, cleaning up a bit and putting his camping bag by the front door.

Hyunsuk lay in his bed, closing his eyes with a small smile.

I'm so excited about tomorrow.
