"MAJORITY OF THE patient's condition is good, and all is stable. All have been restored to its proper place. Anytime of this day should the patient wake up, please notify me so that we could do some final tests before letting him rest for a few days and then we'll be discharging the patient and leave him back to your company." The doctor said.

Marquessa, Luscious, Yrozze, Yarrice, Inara and her parents were intently noting on this matter so that they could have a heads-up on what will happen today. It was a couple of months before Christmas and they're rooting on to Roscoe's awakening.

"Okay! I'll see you later. I have some patients to attend." He said and then he walked out of them and headed towards the east ward. The people who're left at the waiting area kept sighing off their stress. "I can't believe that after almost a year, Roscoe's going to wake up!" Luscious said as he teared up and went to hug his wife.

"Yes dear, just a little more time." Marquessa said. Yarrice went also to comfort Luscious and smiled affectionately towards Marquessa.

"Roscoe would be in great shock when he realizes that majority of the things he sees before is not like what he seems to be in relation to today." Yarrice said.

Napabuntong-hininga nalang si Luscious.

"Yan nga mismo ang kinakatakot ko. Baka paggising niya nalang, imbis na tayo ang hanapin niya eh si Luther pa mismo ang unang bukambibig niya." Aniya.

Mas humigpit ang hawak ni Marquessa sa kanyang kamay.

"Then we should tell the truth to him. Hindi naman tayo nagtatago ng kahit anong bagay na ikasisira niya diba?" Tanong ng asawa. Tumango naman ang huli bilang sagot. "Then we should tell him the truth." Marquessa ended.

Nang tumayo si Marquessa ay sumunod naman ang tingin ng asawa.

At pagakatapos no'n ay napadako ang tingin niya kay Yarrice na hinawak-hawakan ang kanyang likod. "Ayos ka na ba?" Tanong niya kay Luscious.

Tumango naman si Luscious at ngumiti sa kanya.

Pero tinaasan lang siya ng kilay nito.

"Don't lie to me." Aniya.

"Ano pa bang gusto mo? Tinatanong mo sakin kung ayos lang ako, sumagot akong 'oo' dahil maayos naman talaga ako. May sakit ba ako?" Ani Luscious pabalik.

Bumuntong-hininga nalang si Yarrice. "No, what I mean is about do'n sa sinabi ng doktor sa'tin. After hearing such good news, maayos ka ba? Kaya tinatanong kita kung ayos ka na ba?" Aniya at saka napasapo sa kanyang nuo.

Out of embarrassment, Luscious bit his lip.

"O-Oh..." He said.

"Tapos ikaw pa ang may ganang magalit. Hindi ka man lang nagtanong." She glared. "Well I'm sorry, hindi ka rin naman nag clarify." Luscious argued.

"Hey, stop arguing. Hindi ba kayo masaya na magigising na si Roscoe?" Galit na tanong ni Marquessa mula sa kabilang upuan na medyo malayo sa kanila. "Well, hindi kami masaya na namatay ang anak ni Roscoe though." Yarrice flauntly said.

And that immediately reached Yrozze.

His anger immediately rose up and deliberately stood up and walked towards them. "How dare you flaunt it in front of my mother?! How dare you sound so sarcastic while saying that statement?" Galit niyang aniya.

But instead of being concerned about his emotion, Yarrice rose her brow.

"How dare I? Mabuti nga't namatay yang anak niyong yan eh, dahil nakakadiri ang mga lalaking nagiging buntis dahil sa mga taong tulad niyo." Mahinaon pero malamig niyang pagkasabi.
