Jamjam's pov :
I came back home , after my outing with Asmau , I took a bath because damn I was feeling heck dirty. I got out not to long and prayed magrib, when I heard Ammi calling my name , she sounded happy and at the same time furious , I answered and started heading downstairs . I went down to meet Ammi and baba in the living room . I sat down , it was very awkward sitting down there because non of them where talking , till finally baba broke the silence and cleared his throat .
Baba: jamila , me and your mother have good news for you .
Jam jam: I hope it is going to be good to me as it is to you.
Baba : am not going to waste to much if your time , so am going to go straight to the point . Earlier today a man named Amir cane over to this house looking for your hand in marriage. I agreed to the marriage because I knew you always wanted and arranged marriage since you where small . But I would still like to hear from you .
Jam jam : Baba you are right about me always wanting and arranged marriage , and I totally agree with you to get married as it is am getting older , but baba did the man look sensible .
Baba: yes he did look sensible
Jam jam: Baba I accept the marriage and I hope it turns out to be the best .
Back at Alamin's house
Amni's pov:
I finished praying isha , when I decided to go through tiktok cause I was getting bored . I took my phone when I saw an incoming call from jamjam .i answered immediately.
Jamjam: ohhhhhh guess whatttt .
Ammi: Ke you know I hate guessing stuff
Jamjam: just guess
Amni: Ke am not guessing tell me or forget about it .
Jamjam: toh , am getting married .
Amni: mstwww Ke am not falling for this your lie koma . I remember your prank last time , I even bought new clothes just to find out it was a lie
Jamjam: no am not lieing this time , koma sorry mana it has passed.
Amni: I hope so , if you are serious , congrats 🎊 . But to who .
Jamjam: I dunno fah .
Amni: toh mana , Masha Allah.
Jamjam: bye I'll call back later
After my call with jamjam I was watching some tiktoks when Alamin came inside my room with a banquet of flowers in a tuxedo. I look up and him and bursted into laughter .
Alamin: why are you laughing masoyiyata ( my love)
Amni: what is this , what are you wearing and please never call me your love again that's cringe coming out from you .
Alamin: well no I'll call you what ever I want to , and yah as for this am here to ask you on a date.
Amni : ( I was so confused) on a what ?
Alamin: on a date . I know I just want to show you love so please don't reject it , I've already invited your father to the date venue , it's more like a party .
Amni: you have to be kidding me rn . Why the heck will you do that , and without my permission for that matter .
Alamin: well now you don't have any other option but to come with me , if not what a pity it will be when baba does not see you there . We both know what he will do .
Amni: you are so annoying
Alamin : me down in 10mins , and don't take more than 10mins
Amni: just get out .
Alamin's pov :
I was so excited to know that jamjam's parents agreed for the marriage. Revenge never felt so sweet , I was happier than I ever expected. I sitting down in the living room waiting for Amni and also thinking about how I'll make Amni and jamjam's life a living nightmare , that's when I looked up by the stairs and I saw Amni . Oh my god she was looking beautiful beyond words . I was lost in her eyes for a moment , when she hit moved towards me and kept on calling my name but I didn't answer, she smacked my head , that's when I snapped out .
Amni: I know am beautiful but please I don't like when ugly things stare at me .
Alamin: excuse you , am not a thing and am handsome , can't you see this my fine face ( said with a smirk )
Amni: please stop deceiving yourself, and please I don't have all day to be talking to you , cause youa re to annoying let's be going .
I really am tired , I can't wait to start my revenge , who does she think she is , we will see who is boss this night then .
Am so sorry I haven't been updating , I've been in school but I'll try and update till I resume that's till on Monday or Tuesday.
