They left pronto to the Pony-B store to get them sweets.
AJ got 2 orange balloons with Kik Kat candy in them. The three girls (also Apple Bloom) got balloons, a "GET WELL" card, and a bear toy. They paid 18 bits and left, immediately.
They arrive at the hospital ,Estern Poy hospital.
"Excuse me! Do you now where Scootaloo and Smikle room are? Do they share the room together!?" AJ tells, the Nurse Retnica (made up pony) type type type. The nurse types and search's for them. "Room 11!" Nurse Retnica says. "Thanks m'am!" *Uh-leven!*
They go to the elevator, but Alexis doesn't. "What's wrong Alexis!?" Litzy yelps.
"I'm, I'm afraid of the elevator." Alexis whispers. Yoannet and AJ look at each other, and grab Alexis' arm, dragging her into the elevator.
Alexis is so scared, she hugs Apple Bloom, tight.
They arrive at Floor 1, where door 11 is .
They knock on the door. "Come in..." Fluttershy whispers. "Hey S's (nick name for Scootaloo and Smikle)" Alexis says. "Y'all alright kiddos?" AJ yelps.
"Yes, well, I am, not Smikle." Scootaloo whispers, about to cry. Litzy walks up to her and cleans out her tear with her thumb. "Hey, it will be alright. Nothing bad will ha-"litzy says, when a knock comes. "Come in!" Apple bloom says. It was Spike and Twilight, holding a cake.
"Happy Birthday Scootaloo!" Spike yells holding a massive bag on his hand. "Awe thanks!" Scootaloo thanks. Spike walks to Smikle with the bag. But Smikle is sleeping. Spike just leaves the bag next to her.
They sang happy birithday to Scootaloo, she blows the cake, they slice the cake, and eat the cake.

They leave the hospital.
