reincarnation part 1

Aaron's POV

At first I felt excruciating pain and then nothing, then when I opened my eyes all I saw was darkness "hello is anyone there!?" I asked as I looked around me "ah you're awake" an angelic voice said "huh?, Who's there?" I said as a bright light shown through the dark void revealing a beautiful angel with jet black wings.

"He-Hello um who are you and where am I?" I asked her as she gave me a calming smile as she could tell I was a bit nervous "it's alright there's no need to be scared, you are in the void between heaven and hell, my name is Irene and you are?" She said in a calming voice, something I'm not used to "um I'm Aaron, it's nice to meet you miss Irene" I said with the best smile I could muster but I'm not used to smiling much, as I looked back at Irene she held out her hand trying to help me up from the ground as I took her hand she started walking as she motioned for me to follow her "um why am I here?, If you don't mind me asking" I asked as followed her "I've brought you here because I want to give you second chance at life as I've seen how badly you were treated in your life" she said as she frowned for a second then went back to smiling as she looked at me waiting for my response "wait, you want to reincarnate me?" I asked in shock "yes, what do you think?, Do you want to be reincarnated in your old world or do you want to go to a different world?, I will give you time to think it over" she said as she sat down waiting for me to think about my options (I mean earth was boring anyway) "eh what the hell, it's not like anyone will miss me" I said surprising Irene that I accepted her offer that quickly as I sat down in front of her "but I have a few questions on the world I'll be going to" as I said that she smiled and nodded her head "of course I'll answer any questions you have" she said in an excited voice "my first question is what kind of world would I go to?" I asked her "any world you could think of, like, anime, movies, video games, with my help you can go anywhere in the omniverse" she said as I started shaking with excitement "alright my second question is will I be able to get abilities from different worlds?, and travel through dimensions?" I asked as I was getting even more excited "yes, I will be with you the whole time so we can go anywhere we please, so what do you think?" She said as she stood up and gave me her hand as I stood up "so I will give you one ability and I will give you the option to change your race" she said as I already had my ability and race picked out "I want the gamer ability and I want to be a day-walker vampire, and I already know the first world I want to go to so I can stop a disaster" I said "which world first?" she said as she was getting excited "prototype 1 before the first outbreak" I said as I saw her shocked expression in the corner of my eye "wait you want to stop the first outbreak from happening!?" She said surprised "yes, Alex didn't deserve what happened to him, he just wanted to help people and with me stopping the first outbreak stop's the second" I said as she shook her head "if you want to stop the first outbreak it's Elizabeth green you want, not Alex, at least not yet" she said as I looked at her with wide eyes "your right we need to go back and stop her from getting infected and then get the virus from Alex but, first we need to get out of here" I said as Irene nodded and snapped her fingers and the void transformed.

I smiled a wide smile showing off my fangs "perfect now we can go" as I said that I was standing on the sidewalk next to a big building "this is the building that she was infected at you have 2 hours until she gets here hurry then I will send you to Alex" she said as I heard her in my head "okay, which floor is the vile on?" I asked in my head "5th floor, be careful there are a few guards" nodding my head I look around the corner of the building and see a fire escape "I found a fire exit and it's open, will that work?" I asked "yes it should take you to the right room but you need to hurry" I nod my head and run up the fire escape, as I get to the 5th floor I see two blackwatch soldiers guarding a door "shit Irene are you seeing this?" I ask "yes pick up that brick and throw it that way to distract them, then as there backs are turned grab one of their knives and slit their throats" usually I would be scared to hurt anyone but I know how messed up blackwatch soldiers are, so I'm not bothered, I grab the brick and throw it down the hallway and wait for them to pass, as I quickly grabbed one of their knives as they pass "okay I'm going to grab one of them stab him in the throat and then take his knife and then throw it at the other guy" I say in my head "okay be careful" nodding my head I sneak up on the soldiers.

(Perfect) "got them, how was that?" I say as I  hear Irene giggle "hehe that was awesome" I heard her say as I walk over to one of the body's and grabbed the pistol and the holster strapping it to my hip, along with grabbing the knife I threw "okay I'm going in the room, how much time do I have?" I ask "ugh 30 minutes you need to hurry or you'll miss your chance" she said as I run in and see the same vile from Alex's flashback along with all of the research on the virus "found it once I get out I need you to get me to before the outbreak" I said as I run out and down the fire escape "okay get me to Alex" I say as I'm inside the gentek building "Irene where is the vile?" I asked "at the end of the hall on your left, you have 1 hour before Alex shows up hurry" nodding my head I sneak down the hallway as I make it to the end of the hall "shit Irene I need a key card" I say "got it,... go through the door to your right and there should be an id card on the table" I open the door and grab the id card and use it on the door "okay I'm in I see the vile and more research, got it I'm getting out of here" I say as I run out of the building "Irene I'm out, get me back to the lab" I tell her as I'm brought back to the lab as I get a tight hug from Irene as I slowly hug back "I was so worried that you would get hurt, even though we just met, I felt like I would've been lost without you" she said as we broke the hug "I mean if I didn't have you watching my back I probably would've been killed a while ago" I say as I see her blush "of course I'll watch your back and I know you will watch mine" I hear her say as I look through the research and there was a lot of stuff on making monsters with the virus "hey Irene, I need you to put me in the void again" she looked at me shocked "why!?" She said as she started tearing up "hey hey Irene, I don't mean it like that I need to send me there because I'm going to take both viles and I don't want you getting hurt" I say as I hugged her tight, as she looks up at me with a worried expression "o-okey but, in case you don't come back let me give you something" she said as she started blushing intensely, as I raise my eyebrow in confusion "um okay-" I'm interrupted by her pressing her lips against mine as she pulls me in as I wrap my arms around her waist, after a few minutes we pull away from each other "holy shit" I say as I try to catch my breath as I looked at Irene and her face was bright red "here this a quick way to the void and back to the lab just please be careful I can't lose you" I smiled as I kiss her forehead "I'll be fine but I might be asleep for a day" I say as I walk into the void and I looked back and smashed both viles and consumed by the biomass then a few minutes later I absorb the biomass I see Irene running to me as my vision fades.
