"its simple to be someone's world and someone's joke." I heard a soft voice mumble

I turned my head and saw no one. I looked towards the windows and saw Mikayla's little figure sitting on the roof her knees brought to her chest... she was wearing one of my sweaters.

"Mikayla?" I said

She turned her head and locked eyes with me.

"h-hey Sammy" her voice stuttered

I let.out a chuckle. I saw a way to get to the roof by her which was by climbing the tree. I did it and sat next.to her

She scooted farther away

"dont hurt me"she said as she curled up into a ball

I pulled her over to me lightly. and wrapped my arms around her waist loosening the ball form she was in

"Sammy I was just your joke please let.me.go we broke up" she whispered

"you may have been my joke, but I was your world. I'll love you. no matter what. but still your my joke" I whispered into her ear kissing her cheek and letting her relax in my arms

mk so yes Mikayla was Sammy's joke. what Sammy means by "I'll love you no matter what" is that even if they're not a couple he'll love her like a friend BUT she is still his joke. thanks lovelies ❤
