Chapter 6

Dark Phantom Syndicate.

The notorious syndicate that has an unknown leader, location, and limited information. Anya's organization is lucky enough to know more important details because of Dyna Beckham which is their captive for 11 years.

Dyna Beckham was put under the psychiatric hospital because her mental ability went unstable when Forger attacked her mercilessly. Where she begged to kill her faster than torturing her. Forger remained notorious to each and everyone in the organization. Only Anya and Yor could tame her.

"Anya-kun how was your vacation?" Rovie asked as they were sitting inside the restaurant. Damian was left outside, crossed arms and eyes like a hawk were glued to them.

"The best vacation ever! I've reunited with Sy-on boy. He's a beast in be-

"You don't need to mention that part." Rovie cut her. Anya smirked and winked at him while he just rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"I'm so happy. Even though we're just together for three days."

"I know I can see it in your eyes. But how come you two met?"

Anya told him everything about how they met... It was unexpected, epic, abd a bit of mystery.

"I didn't know that you enter the wrong hotel room." Rovie said as he sum up every little detail.

"Yeah. It's his room number's fault! Something went off with his number that it turned to be mine." She replied.

"Yeah right. But I'm glad that you're happy now. Your Sy-on boy is a bit of jealous guy. Look at him. Grumpy grandad." Rovie said as he leaned closer to Anya. Damian snapped outside the restaurant and was about to attacked them when Anya pushed Rovie back on his chair.

"He's not a Grandad! He's hot... Gorgeous and above all... My Sy-on boy." Anya proudly said. She got surprised when she felt two arms snaked around her waist and a long lingering peck on her exposed shoulder.

"Please to meet you again, Mr. Hot, gorgeous Sy-on boy." Rovie greeted and smiled. But Damian just frowned at him.

"She's mine." He growled. Anya blushed. She touched her chest and cheeks to calm him a bit.

"Well yes she's yours but... We've been together for 11 years who knows she might already fall in love with me."

Ok that's the limit.

"Enough with the teasing my little Rovie. Don't make my Sy-on boy mad or else I'll get rid of your... Girl." She smirked. Rovie surrendered and became serious. When it comes to his girl he'll let everything go just to make her safe.

"Tell me why did you disturb my vacation? I thought you want to be alone with your girl?" Anya asked. Damian is only listening to them.

"I came here to let you know about the phantom syndicate."

When Anya heard the notorious group she became serious. She's all ears. Even Damian set aside his jealousy. He's familiar with the group's name.

"Why? What are they up to?"

"They're on the move."

"And?"

Rovie shifted his gaze on Damian. If looks could kill... Damian is dead by now.

"You are their target."

Damian felt shivers on his spine. This is a different feeling from the forced engagement with Blackbell. This is a matter between life and death situation.

"Why me?"

"Because you're the heir of business tycoon Donovan Desmond. You're next on the line. And I receive an Intel today that your family were ambushed on the way. They were shot and your father is in critical condition right now."

That made Damian lost himself and was about to run when Anya stopped him.

"I- I need to see them." He said. Worried and nervous. He can't breathe it's like something was stuck into him.

"You can't. You should stay here where you're safe."

"No! My family needs me! I need to be with them."

"Sy-on boy calm down! You can't just go there without a plan. You're in danger too."

"My mom, brother and dad are hurt. I just couldn't stay here and do nothing."

Rovie stood up and went to Damian who's panicking.

"You don't need to panic. The organization is on the move right now. The only thing that you'll do is to stay here with Anya-kun. She's going to protect you. You need to follow every protocols just to make you safe. Don't be hardheaded. Anya-kun, sorry to cut your vacation because you have a new mission. He's your next mission." Rovie said as he looked to him and her.

Anya stared to her beloved Sy-on boy. Worried and concerned. She touched his shoulder and embraced him. But Sy-on boy has a lot of questions. Yet he never dared to pushed her instead he held her tighter.

"What do you mean by organization?" Damian asked with curiosity. He's unaware about this. He looked at Anya desperately to answer his question.

Anya's about to open her mouth but Rovie interrupted.

"You two should go back to the hotel and talk privately. Remember, the walls and grass have ears. I gotta go. See you both." He said and left.

The couple decided to go back at the hotel because Anya-kun will do a lot of explaining to her curious Sy-on boy.
