'Friend'

Time skip : 1 month

It was a cold September morning and y/n was driving to set with Millie in the back since she didn't really have a good family life and y/n was like a second mum to her. With fame hitting her like a bus mills was taking everything pretty hard so having these small moments together was important to the both of them.

Everyone on set was automatically like family and there bond was getting stronger day by day including y/n and Winona's they where now best friends and although it had only been a month it felt like it had been years .
"How are you and Winona" Millie asked from the back seat breathing on the window and drawing little shapes on it.
"Just normal... why do you ask?"y/n replied confused by the child's comment
"No reason" Millie said giggling and then proceeding to go onto her phone and start texting someone. y/n couldn't see who but she assumed it was Noah or a group chat that all the kids are in and her and David for some reason. However after recent events y/n has learnt to stop looking at that group.

They made a turn to go and get Starbucks first. Millie got a cookies and cream milkshake, y/n got a pumpkin spice latte and she got Winona the same knowing that if she turned up with just a coffee to herself she would end up giving half of it to Noni anyway. They both hopped back in the car with there drinks and carried on with the rout to the set. It was sunny but frosty and that had always been y/n's favourite type of weather so she was in a good mood. Oasis came on on the radio so the two girls just spent the rest of the Journey singing there hearts out.

"Hello hellooooo" y/n said walking into makeup and placing Winona's coffee next to her and walking over to her own make up desk.
"Morning.... Oh thank you sweetie!" Replied the woman.
"Any time love" y/n said leaving Cara winking at her from the opposite side of the room and David grinning at Winona in a rather suspicious manner
"Gosh I need this" Winona said taking a huge gulp of her coffee.
"You're Lucky you have me Noni" joked y/n
"Listen I know you're kidding but I really am I wouldn't be able to get up in the mornings anymore I don't think if you weren't around I really do appreciate everything you do for me y/n..... sorry it's a bit early to get soppy isn't it... you know what scrap that I'm sorry" Winona said looking at the range of faces around the room and fearing she showed her feelings towards y/n way more than a friend would
"Noni"y/n said moving Winona's head by her chin to make eye contact "I'm proud of you and I appreciate the fact I can even call you my friend" y/n said with a soft smile.
Winona was so happy that y/n wasn't weirded out but that word 'friend' felt like a punch in the gut. They where both so mind numbingly in love with each other that it was not only painful for them to try and fake it it was painful to others around them just to see it.

After hair and make up was done, costumes where on it was time to start filming. They where shooting some very vulnerable and emotional scenes that day so y/n and Winona arranged to go and spend the night in Winona's trailer after the day was over.
"Y/n are you ok?" Winona asked walking over to the trailer hand in hand with the other woman
"Yeah I'm sorry todays just been difficult" y/n said with a slight shake in her voice after a day full of emotion and chaos
"I know it has and I'm proud of you for getting so much work done!"
"Thank you Noni you're the bestest friend a girl could ask for"
There it was again that word 'friend' but this time it even hurt y/n just to say it. She wanted this woman so bad and felt as if she would die without her.

They had been sat In Winona's bed watching movies for the past hour not really talking much when all of a sudden y/n grabbed Winona's hand and shuffled in closer resting her head on Winona's warm soft chest. Winona couldn't help herself and wrapped both arms around y/n and gave her a slight peck on the top of the head.
"What was that?" Y/n asked leading Winona into full ass panic mode
"Oh- I ... um -I don't.. sorry I just thought.. no I didn't think sor-"
"Shut up" y/n i interrupted
They both stayed quiet for a second and then y/n pulled Winona down and kissed her with there lips wrestling in an aggressive yet soft way. This carried on for about 40 seconds when Winona pulled away for air.
"We shouldn't have done that" Winona stated
"Yeah well that's a future us problem"
